  • Day 1 – Drink 150 ml water (2/3 glass of water) every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. Avoid all other liquids/ fluids like tea, juice, milk, soda etc. Moderate (reduce) your meals size by 30% of your average meal.
  • Day 2,3,4 – Drink 150 ml water (2/3 glass) 1 hour before each meal. So total fluid intake on these days will be 450 ml. Eat 1/2 small spoon of sugar every 1 or 2 hour. Total sugar not to exceed 5 small spoons in a day. No other substitute of sugar to be tried. No sweets, ice cream or soft drinks or juices.
  • Repeat Day 1,2,3,4 after every 15 days for first 3 months. Thereafter repeat once in 1 month.
  • Restrict the fluid intake to 1500 ml rest of the days. Cut out all fruit juices, tea, soda and other fluids from your daily routine. But all these can be taken in moderation once or twice in 1 week.
  • Children below 10 years of age should drink 25 to 50 ml water every hour instead of 150 ml.
  • People having high blood pressure and taking medicines for a long time will have to be careful. Take blood pressure readings 3-4 times every day.
  • The above will cure all auto immune system diseases. It will strengthen your immune system. It will save people from all seasonal allergies, flu, dengue, cold and cough, sinus, asthma etc.

What happens during hydration / dehydration cycles

  • Hydration is the process of supplying the nutrients rich blood to the cells.
  • Dehydration is the process of removal of metabolic waste from the cells.
  • Morning Bowel movement is enough indication of the nature’s plan.
  • Morning Bowel movement takes place after 10 to 12 hours of dehydration phase during night.
  • Cured people suffering from chronic constipation by dehydrating them for 24 to 48 hours.
  • Hydration causes increase in the volume of vascular fluids. Increase in Vascular fluids cause increased absorption of minerals in the cells. Just imagine increasing the volume of water or air in a balloon submerged in water.

The latest study says that eczema does not mean high risk of cardiovascular diseases.

However I helped more than 10 persons get cured of eczema by reducing their water intake.

High water intake and excess water retention is linked to high blood sugar, high BP and higher risk for heart diseases, kidney failure and stroke.

After walking go back to bed and rest for 15 minutes

Repeat the above 2-3 times in the morning and 2-3 times in the night before sleeping.

Some Facts that will shock you

Dull pain means that your heart is not getting enough energy and power to push the blood.

Walking and rest is 100 times better than any blood test for cholesterol or taking medicines for lowering the cholesterol.

How much water and other fluids that you are drinking.

If you are drinking 1500 ml water or more than that, restrict water intake to 200 ml 1 hour before each meal. Total 200×3 = 600 ml.

What is Resting Metabolic Rate?

It is energy that your body needs to survive. Or in other words it is the energy that is used by your vital organs to survive.

So if you are not eating your Resting Metabolic Rate you are killing yourself. You are starving your vital organs. They are getting enough energy to work efficiently. Let us say your heart needs 500 calories a day. And you are allocating only 400 calories a day for heart.

Heart will not be pumping the nutrients to all the cells in the body. Since all cells are not getting the minerals and other nutrients that they need, they will be generating less energy every passing day. That is a vicious negative cycle.

But you can control whether you are feeding your vital organs or allocating more energy for external movements – exercises.

So according to me exercises or eating less is not a solution. If the things were as easy as that no body would be over weight.

I recommend very small amount of exercise which uses energy sources of the body (stored sugar etc). At the end of exercises the body should have surplus energy. This surplus energy will not get converted into energy store again. The chances are this surplus energy will be used by the vital organs.

So now your heart will pump more blood to the cells. Cells will produce more energy next day. More energy would mean still higher Resting Metabolic Rate every passing day.

You get into positive cycle. Every passing day your Resting Metabolic Rate is going up. And you do not need to cut down on food. You do not need to do tiring exercises.

Suggestions –

  1. Walk for 5 minutes in the morning after getting up at easy pace without house. Very doable things.
  2. Go back to bed. Rest for 10 minutes. The energy generated by walking is still not completely used up. This energy will be used by vital organs if you stop every other option of energy expenditure.
  3. Repeat the above 2–3 times in the morning and night before sleeping. If you stay at house do it 2–3 times during after noon.
  4. Do not take is as something which is very easy. Within 2–3 days you may feel extremely tired. When you feel tired do not force yourself for even walking. Take a break and rest as much as you want.
  5. And you will weight in a healthy way. You will not get any loose skin or any of the side effects of loosing weight.

I suffered from migraine pains for more than 10 years. With time migraine pain became unbearable. There was no slow down in migraine pain as I aged and crossed 50 years of age. I am 54.5 year old now.

Since 1.4.2016 I was following walking and rest theory (more details on my home page

I got substantial relief from migraine relief say more than 95%. Specially upto 30.9.2016 (when I was losing weight. Between 1.4.2016 to 30.9.2016 I lost more than 5 kg.) the pain used to disappear within 2-3 minutes after starting walking and rest.

During 1.10.2016 to 25.5.2017 the migraine pain came back. But it was not very severe.

I started cutting down on food around 25.5.2017. I reduced my food intake by more than 50%. I was shocked that there was no migraine pain during this period even when I tried triggering pain by indulging into things which would have triggered pain like drinking tea and than stopping tea next day.

I read 3 years back that all diseases and all health conditions are caused due to inflammation. Since than I have been studying inflammation single minded.

According to me inflammation is caused when there is mineral imbalance in the blood. The source of this imbalance could be minerals in cells or gap between cells. Read my Wiki Page to understand the distribution of fluids in body.

I would still like to maintain that migraine is caused due to lack of energy allocated for the brain. And inflammation causes further loss of energy. And this is substantial energy which is lost.

Walking and rest increases Resting Metabolic Rate and total metabolic Rate. So that provides substantial relief from migraine pain.

But as Resting Metabolic Rate increases by relying more on glucose and Fat stored in the body, the amount of food that we were eating earlier becomes excessive causing inflammation.

I repeat inflammation is caused due to excess of minerals in the body in any of the compartments of fluid in the body. Or in short we can say excess food intake also causes inflammation.

Even when minerals are not absorbed by the body in blood and does not reach cells, the excess food intake itself causes inflammation when excess food is to be excreted from the body.

Summing up – Migraine Pain

  1. Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within house after getting up in the morning.
  2. Rest for 15 minutes in bed after walking.
  3. Repeat 2-3 times step 1 and 2.
  4. After every 1 month reduce food intake by 10%
  5. When you reach a situation when you start getting migraine again increase your food intake and maintain at that level. That is the optimum level of food intake for that person.
  6. At step 5 person will have minimum inflammation providing substantial relief in lot of other health conditions as well.

I have been dehydrating for last 10 years or so. Before that I had kidney stones 3 times in 4 years. These stones came out in urine without any operation. During this period my serum creatinine was 1.0 or higher.

I usually dehydrate once in 10-15 days. Dehydration lasts 24 to 36 hours at a time. During this period I usually do not drink any water or other fluids. No fruits or salad. I have been doing this even during summer when the temperature is 45 degree C. There have been times when a period of dehydration for 48 hours is followed with playing badminton for 2 hours without a drop of water in temperature as high as 45 degrees.

I have lots of experiences during my dehydration. During these years I did not get any blood tests done.

Some of the experiences that I had was – high pulse rate upto 125 per minute. High blood pressure upto 140/ 80, heaviness in heart and brain. But I never took any medicines at any time for these ever.

These days my blood pressure is 110/70 and my pulse rate is 70 to 90.

Recently in May 2017 I got my serum creatinine checked. The test reports are given below. These test report show my serum creatinine at 0.78 and 0.65 which is very good overall.

There are all kinds of information available on internet that dehydration is bad for health.




However I would like to add that excessive dehydration can cause death as well. There are some standards that should be laid down for people to follow. Hydration / Dehydration cycles is the only possible cure for every disease including cancer and AIDS.
