Average water intake was 3 to 4 litres a day.

Was trying for weight gain for last 5 years with no result.

On 10.2.16 he reported sick. Severe lower back pain. Red spots all over body and specially on face. Fever and severe head ache.

I desperately needed him by 12.2.16.

I gave him 2 Gulab Jamuns with liquid sugar.

I suggested him to stop drinking water for 24 to 36 hours. He minimised water for 36 hours. His average water intake earlier was 3 to 4 litres a day.

He reported for duty on 12.2.16 in perfect health. Worked with 200% energy levels. Was happy and enjoying the work.

On 8th April 2016 he weighed 60 kg.

12 kg weight gain in less then 2 months with no increase in diet.

His attitude towards work changed. He was not stressed at work. His skin was shining. His skin complexion became fair.

He was very happy with new found health.

    I saw your blog on weight gain, how can one gain weight just by decreasing his water intake and having gulab jamuns. As your description on weight gain is not clear so need much details.
    As I am skinny myself what diet should I follow to increase my weight?
    Need some clarification on:
    1.Duration to be followed to consume gulab jamun.
    2.Daily water intake.
    3.What else do I have to follow?

    Hope my queries are resolved from your astounding knowledge.

    1. That was from actual experience. He took gulab Jamun just once. Main factor seemed to be reduced water intake from 5 liters to 1 liter. Another factor was mineral balancing. He used to increase water intake to 2 liters once in 15 days. You need to adjust these as per your personal experience . You may also contact me thru whatsapp on +917011156397
