Kidney Stones and Subsequent Acidity
I had kidney stones for 3 years in a row. The stones were small and I went to doctors in time. The stones were removed by giving Diuretics, anti biotics, drips of saline water and muscle relaxants, through urine.
This was shocking. I was an all rounder. I was a sports person who would love to play any game that was going around. Sports was my first love. We were taught that sports is good for health.
The doctor told to drink 6 to 8 litres of water daily. After first year kidney stone I took special care to drink enough water. But inspite of that I developed kidney stones. I was confused. I was worried.
Around this time, I suffered from acidity. I could hardly eat anything. Even if I drank water, I felt that I was full upto my throat.
I could not tolerate any spices or oily food.
I took ant acids, injections, medicines. I took lot of care in deciding what I should eat.
Nothing worked. Every passing day the things were getting worse. There was no improvement.
I stopped taking interest in business. I started studying health related matters on internet. I was shocked to find that there was no cure for any ailment. All my life I used to believe that doctors can cure any disease.
Now it was only health and nothing else. I thought if I am healthy, I can earn money for 30–40 more years. Otherwise I will end up spending all money on doctors and hospitals.
Today I am 100% fit. No health issues. I can work for 16 to 20 hours a day. I did not spend any money on my treatment.
To cut the long story short. I experimented on hydration / dehydration cycles and found that these can cure any disease. I found that dehydration is equally important along with hydration.
If any wants to get 100% relief from acidity without any medicine in 48 hours –
Day 1 – Drink 100–200 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm.
Day 2 – Do not drink any fluids. Or drink as little as possible. If you find it difficult to stay without water and other fluids for 36 hours at a stretch, minimise your water (fluid) intake on this day.
You may not get 100% relief in 48 hours in case you could not stay without drinking water on day 2.
But repeating Day 1 and Day 2 every week will give 100% relief in a month or so.
Thereafter every month repeat day 1 and day 2.
As things progress – You may repeat day 1 and day every time there is change in the temperature of more than 10 degree centigrade.
An Interesting story
I was discussing my experiences of hydration/ dehydration with a group of yoga instructors. During the course of discussions the yoga instructors mentioned that they suffer from acidity in a big way.
I was surprised. I could not answer. But I kept looking for an answer.
Later I found an answer to the acidity problem of yoga instructors.
Yoga has some breathing exercises. During these breathing exercises CO2 is exhaled. CO2 is slightly acidic.
When a person starts yoga, he feels over all improvement. Most of the well to do people have acidic build up in their body. By doing breathing exercises, the acid load of the body starts reducing.
In few months the person recovers from acidic body. Now his body becomes too alkaline.
The acidity problem is faced when there is acid build up or alkaline build up.
Later I asked the yoga instructor
to stop drinking water for 36 hours.
I also suggested him to stop yoga for 7 days.
After 36 hours he was completely cured of his acidity.
To me – cure means – no restrictions of meals. Once a person is cured of acidity he can eat any oily thing in any quantity.
Not that I recommend such poor choices of food. But that is the meaning of cure to me. And one must indulge in such things once in a while.

Cause of Heart Diseases
So coming back to the main question?
The above video shows some of moving parts of the heart. It shows the movement of blood to the heart, lungs and back to every part of the body.
You might think that God helps your heart to function every day. But I am sorry I do not think this way. Heart needs lot of energy to function.
Where this energy is generated?
And this energy is needed for every vital organ and system of the body.
This energy is called – Resting Metabolic Rate (Or Basal Metabolic Rate – BMR).
This energy is generated in the cells of the body. The rate at which cells generate energy may be called Cellular Metabolic Rate.
The cells need fuel (nutrients) to generate energy.
Once energy is generated, it must be stored or used.
As usual there are costs involved in storage of energy. Everybody is familiar with running of warehouses.
These storage spaces are limited in size and capacity to store.
There are 2 classes of people in this world.
One who has more to eat than his body needs.
Others who do not have enough to meet the needs of the body.
People who eat more than their body can use, will store the energy so generated.
After some time they will reach a stage when there is no storage present. Now either they should stop eating or start spending more energy.
You may say why we need to store energy or spend energy. The body will handle the spare energy by releasing in whatever way. Same may be thought of nuclear plants. And every one knows unless nuclear energy is handled with care there are disaster waiting to strike.
Enough on energy generation and spending. Let us change the context for some time. We will come back to this later.
Energy is needed to run vital organs and systems.
Energy is needed for physical movements and other activities.
The things that should make you stand up and look for answers
Over weight People do all kinds of physical activities to lose weight. 95% and above people fail to lose weight. Those who do lose weight gain back the lost weight after some time. Activities that people do for losing weight –
Weight Training (Gyming – most of the people gain 5 to 15 kg in about 1 years). There is net weight gain in 99% cases.
Jogging – Though very strenuous and tiring, only 1% of the people manage this. Even they fail to lose weight over long period of time.
Sports like badminton, swimming, volleyball etc.
There are millions of web sites that tell you that to lose 1 kg weight you have to burn 8000 calories.
Most of the above mentioned activities burn calories at the rate of 8 to 10 calories per minute. Most of the people achieve the target of Burning 200 to 300 extra calories a day by the above activities.
But still they fail to lose weight.
What is the reason for failure to lose weight?
We completely ignore the calories burnt during rest periods.
We need to look at BMR or Resting Metabolic Rate post the exercise.
The total glucose in the blood at any point of time is 25 grams. Calories in each gram of sugar is 4 approx. So total calories that we can burn in a short period of time is only 100 calories.
But in the above situation, people were burning 200 to 300 calories extra. So the rest of the calories have to come by cutting down on BMR.
What does that mean?
Yes the calories available for your heart and other vital organs is cut down drastically after few minutes after the work out period.
And for rest of the 23 or more hours, the body will be burning lesser calories per minute. 23 x 60 = 1380 minutes. A drop of 0.2 in BMR will save 276 calories in a day. And that is very huge. In most of the cases the saved calories in 23 hours far exceed the calories burnt in workouts. Hence the weight gain.
And when vital organs are not working efficiently your body will be flooded with lot of waste and toxic.
Why is that?
Waste removal system is a vital system of the body. Toxic build up in the body causes high Blood Pressure, High Blood Pressure, heart diseases, stroke and all other metabolic syndromes.
So what you should be doing?
Walk just for 5 minutes per hour.
Calorie calculations of 5 minute walk will be –
5 minutes x 5 calories per minute = 25 calories. Body is still left with lots of energy – 75 calories. The body will not cut down on the calories meant for heart and other vital organs. It will push for increase in cellular metabolic rates.
In the remaining 55 minutes (post walking session) if the cellular metabolic rate is increased by 0.1 calories per minute, the extra calories burnt will be 1440 x 0.1 = 144 calories.
This will result into provision of 144 extra calories for heart and other vital organs.
Waste removal will be better.
The rate of inflammation will fall drastically.
And you will be staring at a whole new body in about 30 to 60 days. No joint pains, no back pain, energy levels will beat 16 year old boys.
You will save lacs on hospital bills.
You will earn crores by using those extra calories generated.
And that is almost 2 to 3 kg weight lose per month.
Why weight loss of only 2 kg. Waste removal will alone result in 2 kg weight loss. Another 2 kg weight lose will come from burning extra calories.

This is a huge promise at very low cost. But when it comes to your health, you need to know what are you being offered. Will it be effective for life? How will it work?
But whom can you ask? There is none to answer that. Why? I feel very angry when there is none to answer such important questions. How can governments all over the world allow people to be around for such a long period of time without disclosing the real reasons.

And more important is to understand that sepsis is whole body inflammation (which causes multiple organ failure) and cholesterol build up indicates inflammation of arteries only which is not life threatening in short period of time,
Cholesterol lowering drugs help in reducing heart attacks 25 to 35% only.
I believe that there is no process in the whose purpose is to harm the body and life.

So what is the solution to manage the cholesterol.
My mother aged 80 was on blood thinners and cholesterol lowering drugs for last 25 or more years. 3-4 years back her cholesterol levels fell to 1/3 of the minimum suggested levels. She was also diabetic and on insulin for last 25 and more years. Her 2 arteries are completely blocked and one is working 100%. She was suggested pace maker 6-7 years back. The doctors had indicated that if pace maker is installed she can live for 4-5 years. But we decided against the pace maker. During every hospitalisation we are hounded for pace maker by the hospital and doctors. Any way my mother completed more than 1.5 times of the life suggested by doctors.
The low cholesterol levels manifestations were as under –
Low diastolic BP – It used to touch 32-33.
Low pulse rate – around 55-60
Peeling off the skin, infections on both legs
The response of the attending doctors was –
Low cholesterol levels are best for health. Even if they are very low (say at 25)
leg wounds can be treated by skin specialists.
Bp medicines were changed.
I was lucky to find something on internet. Sort of some medicines which could not be given together. I gave that print out to doctors and they changed some medicines. I on my side asked my mother to cut down on cholesterol lowering drugs and blood thinners.
In few days the health of my mother improved. The wounds in legs healed in few days. Her BP recovered to 60-80. Pulse rate was also 70-80.
Now 3-4 months back I decided to cure her Diabetes and make her free of insulin and medicines. It took 3-4 months and she became free of insulin and medicines. But by the end of these 3 months she against developed 3 problems.
Low systolic BP – 37-38
Low pulse rate – 45-50
Shocks to brain every hours or so and frequent black out for 1-2 seconds almost every hour.
She was admitted to hospitals for general tests though there was no emergency.
For 4 days she underwent Ct Scan, MRI, all Blood test. The doctors could not come to a conclusion. They discharged her at the same or slightly worse situation. While coming back from hospital I spoke to my mother about medicines that she had been taking in last 6 months. I found that she had been taking blood thinners and cholesterol lowering medicines. I asked my mother to stop all medicines for few days.
All the above 3 problems disappeared in 24-48 hours. She is happier and healthier without all those medicines. But I am likely to convince her that she should not give up all the medicines suddenly. She should tapper these medicines off over a period of 6 months to 1 year.
But there is clear link between blood thinners and cholesterol lowering drugs to internal bleedings.
These internal bleedings cause stroke in the end as well as wounds and gangrene.
But people have so much trust in doctors and their abilities. But doctors have no time to thing and stop selling medicines to unsuspecting patients. Keep following me and this web site.
Beware of the sleeping ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research)
What has ICMR been doing all these years. The sleep of so called research organisation kill millions of people around the world every year.
About 2 years back USA banned blood thinner medicines for high risk group people for heart diseases. ICMR has not woken up so far on this issue. Blood thinners cause internal bleeding.
And it is no rocket science low cholesterol counts due to cholesterol lowering medicines and blood thinners will cause low blood pressure.
Now read on –
2-3 years back my mother reported very low blood pressure. Lower reading of blood pressure. She developed puss in her legs. Her cholesterol counts were also very low. And she was still being prescribed cholesterol lowering drugs and blood thinners.
I asked the doctors why??
I was told that if cholesterol counts are low that is too good. But against all the prescription my mother stopped all those medicines. Within few days the puss and infections in her legs disappeared.
But again there were prescriptions of doctors and she again started those medicines. Few days back she was admitted in hospital for 4 days with low blood pressure and low pulse rate.
After 4 days of hospital stay the BP and pulse rate further deteriorated. While getting my mother discharged from hospital I noticed that they have been giving blood thinners and cholesterol lowering drugs. And prescribed the same further.
I asked my mother to stop all these medicines. In 24 hours her BP and pulse rate returned to normal.
Now I want to know – is it rocket science that thin blood will cause low blood pressure. Even a rickshaw wala knows that thin things move easily thru a bottle or pipe,
Even we the so called educated people know that it takes some shakes to move thick ketchup from a bottle. Whereas thin ketchup moves easily by slightest downward movement.
Do we need to look for miracles or highly educated doctors to take such simple decisions in life.
Education robs people of common sense. This is biggest example.
Every one must be familiar with Blood test for finding out the cholesterol levels in your blood.
Most of the people are aware that the patient is advised not to eat any food or drink any thing for upto 12 hours before the blood test for Lipid profile (Cholesterol) test.
The oils and FATs that a person ingests gets into blood to be transferred to cells and tissues for cellular metabolism.
Oils and FATs that can not be used by cells immediately are stored for future use in the tissues.
If a person consumes too much oils / FATs on a regular basis, a limit will be reached when the cells and tissues will not be able to store any more oils and FATs for future use.
When this limit is reached the cells stop picking up oils from the blood, hence the oils / cholesterol levels could be found elevated in the blood.
Usually it is expected that cells will pick up oils from blood within 12 hours from the time of consumption, hence patient is asked not to eat or drink anything 12 hours before a lipid profile test is done.
There could be various other situations which can cause the blood to hold on high levels of oils even after 12 hours.
A day when very high amounts of oils or diary products are consumed.
A day when the fluid intake is extremely high.
A day when salt consumption is very high.
any other event which could adversely affect oil metabolism.
So the lipid profile test only indicates the excess amount of oils in the blood and some thing that has gone wrong in last 12 hours.
The question is when should a person be really concerned.
When the stores of oils of a person are full and cells stops picking the oils for use in future.
There is simple test for the above purpose which is much more accurate and reliable.
Pinch the skin of the back of your hand with firmness for about 5-10 seconds.
Release the skin of back of your hand.
The skin must regain the old shape within one second or less. If the skin regains the old shape in less then 1 second every thing is all right and if it takes longer then 1 second than one needs to read home page of this web site and few more pages. LOL
