- Day 1 – Drink 200 ml water every hour. In case of winters and cold places, one should drink 200 ml water every 2 hours. No other fluids/ liquids. No tea, coffee, fruits etc
- Day 2 – Do not drink any fluids, No tea etc
- Day 3 to 7 – Drink 200 ml water with meals only. No other fluids. Total fluid intake 600 ml on these days.
- Day 8 to 14 – Repeat day 1 to 7
Walk and Rest Routines
- Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace in your house followed with bed rest for 5 minutes. Repeat this for 1 hour in morning and 1 hour before sleeping.
- After 7 days, do this walk and rest for 12 hours a day for 7 days.
In these 14 days you will get completely cured of every disease on this earth.
