The patient made the following Changes in his daily routine –
Stopped walking. Insteadd started walking for 5 minutes followed with bed rest for 5 minutes. One hour in the morning and 1 hour in the night.
Reduced water intake to 1 to 1.2 liters.
In about 30 days water in his stomach disappeared. But he had digestive issues after 30 days. Digestive issues took another 2 to 3 months to be resolved. After 4 months there were no restrictions of any kind on his food intake.
