How can I cure the frequently occurring mouth ulcers permanently
Mouth ulcers happen due to mineral imbalance or fluid imbalance.

If you are drinking excess water / fluids or too little watet, you may experience mouth ulcers and constipation.
Correct amount of water is 1 litre a day spread in smaller doses of 100 to 200 ml depending on the weather thru out the day preferably at hourly intervals.
Once in 15 days drink 2.5 litre water followed by No water and other fluids on next day.
