PCOS cause and Cure

PCOS is about cysts made of fluids.

Second PCOS is metabolic syndrome.

We should learn more about fluids and metabolic syndrome.

Fluids

65 to 75% of our body weight is fluid. 6 to 7% of the body weight is blood. So blood is 10% of the total body fluid.

Rest of the fluid is there in cells and in space between the cells.

Metabolic Syndrome

This is caused due to low resting metabolic rate.

Our body makes energy from the food that we eat.

  1. Major part of this energy is used in running the life system consisting of heart, brain, liver, kidneys and other vital organs and processes by which the blood circulates, by which the body temperature is maintained. There are thousands of such processes. This is also called as Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) or Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). We can call this Internal Needs of Energy (A).
  2. Second part of this energy is used to physical movements like sitting, walking etc. We spend extra energy even in listening and walking something. Every thing done in awaking condition involves use of some extra energy. We can call this as External Needs of Energy (B).

A + B = C (Total energy produced in the body)

Everybody must have over eaten some times in their life. That makes a person uncomfortable. Because in the short run the body can digest or make use of only certain amount of food only. That is the reason why some people struggle with weight. They are not able to put on weight inspite of eating more and better quality foods.

The reason is that C is fixed in people by the time a child reaches the age of 12–13 years of age.

What happens when we start doing the exercise?

B goes up.

But since C is fixed any increase in B will cause lowering of A.

A is the amount of energy that is used by our vital organs and life processes. Lowering of A would mean that our heart gets lesser energy than is needed by it. Heart pumps nutrients rich blood to the cells. Poor working of the heart causes excessive fluid up in spaces between the cells.

This excess fluid converts into cysts or cancer or non cancerous tumors. This also causes metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is starting of one disease after another. Like Blood sugar than blood pressure than heart disease than stroke, than weight gain, then PCOS and then 100s of such diseases which have no cause that can be detected or pinned to some particular cause.

How to deal with the above situation

First we have to check fluid overload. That can be done by hydration dehydration cycles. These cycles create best mix of minerals in the blood which can help increase our Total energy produced in the body (C).

Second we need to somehow increase our resting metabolic rate. That can be done by simple walking and rest routines.

**In brief hydration dehydration cycles is as given here -**

Day 1 – Drink 150 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. Reduce meal size by 20%. No other fluid/ liquid.

Day 2,3 – Drink 150 ml water 1 hour before each meal. Total fluid intake 450 ml in the day. Reduce meal size by 20%.

Repeat for 2–3 weeks.

**To get best results increase Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) as well by doing the following**

Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within your home in the morning. Reduce the meal size by 20%.

After walking rest for 15 minutes in bed.

Repeat the above 3 times in the morning and 3 times at night before sleeping.The more you rest after walking it will be better. The recommendation of 10 minutes is keeping in view busy schedule of people. 30 minutes is ideal.

#### Intermittent fasting####

Day 1 – Eat 50% of your food intake with 80% reduction in your water and other liquid intake.

Day 2 – Eat normal food and normal water.

**When a person is doing this, he can skip hydration dehydration cycles.**
