Anything is excess is bad for health even oxygen. Pre-mature new born are kept in nursery and given oxygen. Any excess of oxygen in nursery causes cerebral palsy and that is the worst disease.

Skin top layer is nourished by diffused oxygen coming from the layers below.

Hydration dehydration cycles change the breathing pattern providing right amount of oxygen to the top layer.

In my experiments, I have cured 30 year old eczema (skin problem which has no cure any where in the world) in 6 days and that too permanently.

The dark spots in skin tone are taken care of in 15 days. Pimples are taken care of in about 30 days. Skin tone brightens to a levels that can never be experienced by any chemical in the world.

**In brief hydration dehydration cycles is as given here -**

Day 1 – Drink 150 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. Reduce meal size by 20%. No other fluid/ liquid.

Day 2,3 – Drink 150 ml water 1 hour before each meal. Total fluid intake 450 ml in the day. Reduce meal size by 20%.

Repeat for 2–3 weeks.

**To get best results increase Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) as well by doing the following**

Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within your home in the morning. Reduce the meal size by 20%.

After walking rest for 15 minutes in bed.

Repeat the above 3 times in the morning and 3 times at night before sleeping.The more you rest after walking it will be better. The recommendation of 10 minutes is keeping in view busy schedule of people. 30 minutes is ideal.

#### Intermittent fasting####

Day 1 – Eat 50% of your food intake with 80% reduction in your water and other liquid intake.

Day 2 – Eat normal food and normal water.

**When a person is doing this, he can skip hydration dehydration cycles.**

    I am following your hydration/ dehydration routine as below. i suffer from chronic acne and white pimple problem for past 7 years.

    Week 1:

    Day 1: Taken 2000 ML from 9am-7pm with 200 ML each hour.
    Diet: 3 light meals throughout the day.
    Result: Feeling too full and heavy till end of day.

    Day 2: With 3 light meals of the day took 200ml water with each meal.
    Result: Started feeling very thirsty with dried lips

    Day 3: repeated Day 2 resulting in more thirst and reduction of white spots on face and back area but increase in skin inflammation with few painful outbreak

    Day 4: repeated day 3 here with less painful pimples already present

    Kindly suggest changes to this routine or share your feedback if i am not able to follow the cycles correctly.

    Additional Info: I have a desk job of 9 hours from monday to friday. I dont drink milk, dont have curd (only fresh distributed panner in 2 meals in one week), i take sweet barfi / chocolate cube (once in a week). during day 3, 4 i realised that my urine output decreased drastically with yellow and white cream color output.
