common side effects of diabetes, hypertension and heart rate medicines

Commons side effects of medicines of diabetes, hypertension and heart rate medicines are as under –

low blood sugar

upset stomach

skin rash or itching

weight gain

sickness with alcohol

kidney complications

upset stomach

tiredness or dizziness

gas

bloating

diarrhoea

risk of liver disease

anaemia risk

swelling of legs or ankles

Erectile dysfunction

Let us examine the cause of these side effects

Low blood sugar – heart pumps fluids into the cells. When there is not enough energy for the heart to operate optimally fluid builds up in space between cells and total blood volume also goes up. High blood sugar is counter measures of the body to maintain high energy level. When we lower the blood glucose by medicines the energy rates fall significantly causing rapid build up of fluids. Excess fluid with same amount of glucose will translate to low blood sugar.

upset stomach, gas, bloating, diarrhoea – Excess body fluids will interfere with digestion process badly. I have cured many people of acidity, IBS, celiac and constipation with dehydration for 36 to 60 hours.

skin rash or itching – I have cured people with chronic eczema within 7 days by dehydrating them for 36 to 60 hours. The basic reason for skin rash and itching is fluid overload.

weight gain – Body is 65 to 75% fluids. So any substantial increase in fluids will show in excess weight.

kidney complications – Excess fluids means over load on kidneys resulting in kidney complications. I dehydrate for 36 hours every 10 days for last 8 to 10 years. My creatinine level was 0.65 and 0.75 in 2 blood tests done in May 2017.

tiredness or dizziness – We get tired when we do not get

swelling of legs or ankles – That is what I am claiming that lowering the blood sugar, blood pressure and heart rate medicines will cause fluid build up due to low energy for the heart. Rate of displacement of fluid in each beat goes down with low energy levels.

Erectile dysfunction – Too much fluid in space between cells, low resting metabolic rate means lack of blood supply to penis. Too much dehydration may also cause temporary problems with erection. But that can be resolved wihin 24 hours by increasing the water intake.

Can dehydration cause erectile dysfunction

So to cure diabetes, blood pressure and heart disease read the following –

Chronic mineral imbalance in blood leads to low metabolic rate resulting in aging and age related diseases like blood sugar, blood pressure and heart disease etc.

To correct mineral imbalance do hydration dehydration cycles and to increase resting metabolic rate do walking and rest routines as detailed on my blog.

******To increase Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) do the following******
Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within your home in the morning.

After walking rest for 5–10 minutes in bed.

Repeat the above 3 times in the morning, afternoon, evening and at night before sleeping. So that makes for 12 walk and rest routines or 5×12 = 60 minutes of walk for the entire period. One can do it selectively during week days and on working days only in the morning and at night.

The idea about walking is that it mobilises energy and before the entire mobilised energy is spent we rest. In such a case a part of the mobilised energy becomes available for vital organs.
Doing walking and rest routines takes care of aging related diseases as well.

****In brief hydration dehydration cycles is as given here -****

Day 1 – Drink 150–200 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. No other fluid/ liquid.

Day 2,3 – Drink 150–200 ml water 3 times only during the day. Total fluid intake 450–600 ml in the day.

Repeat for 2–3 weeks.

Fluid overload is one of the basic reasons of low resting metabolic rate.

For explanation of the above read my blog.
