Diabetes Causes and Cure

Brief facts concerning the functioning of our body

What ever we eat goes in our stomach. It gets converted in a fine paste in the stomach with the help of acids and enzymes and is moved to small intestines. From the small intestines the minerals and vitamins in the food are absorbed into blood. Rest of the things are moved to the large intestine for onward removal from the body.

The mineralised blood is filtered and balanced as per our DNA by kidneys and pumped into the cells by heart.

Cells carry out the metabolic process and converts the minerals into energy that can be used by the life process (internal processes) and muscles (External processes). This energy is call total metabolic rate of the body.

When the energy falls short to full the demand of the internal and external process the metabolic syndrome starts which is blood pressure or blood sugar.

A small example will be good here to explain this point.

Let us say there is a godown with a capacity to store 100 tonnes of material. The transport truck can carry 5 tonnes of material in one round. The truck will have to make 20 round to keep the godown full.

Let us say the sales increase to 120 tonnes a day. (We can liken this to gaining weight).

Now the truck will have to make 24 rounds every day to keep the godown full. This can be called high blood pressure. This is caused by increased heart rate.

The other option is to carry 6 tonnes of material in one round. This will be high blood pressure.

When there is enough energy for the heart to function the person will get high blood pressure. The heart will do more pumping to reach enough blood to each cell of the body.

When there is not enough energy for the heart to pump the blood it will result in high blood sugar.

So essentially the body falls short of energy which causes Diabetes and High Blood pressure.

Other aspect of Diabetes

When there is surge of blood sugar pancreas releases insulin which stores the excess sugar by removing the excess sugar from the blood.

When pancreas stops releasing enough insulin or the cells become resistant to the insulin, there is no need to start taking the medicines or insulin shots.

Take small amounts of sugar (1/2 spoon every 2 hours). This will not cause any surge in blood sugar and there will be no need of insulin to remove the excess sugar from the blood. This will also help meet any shortfall of energy in the body to carry out the metabolic process.

Diabetes and sugar consumption

A diabetic who does not consume sugar still gets high readings of the blood sugar.

A diabetic gets tired easily – that could be indication of low energy for vital organs.

A diabetic gets hungry often – that could be indication of need of energy source.

A diabetic loses muscles – that could be an indication that muscles and tissues are broken down to meet the demand of energy (glucose) of the vital organs and life processes.

A diabetic reports kidney failure and other organ failure – that could also be an indication of damage of the tissues and muscles of the organs.

Experiments

Case I

My mother at the age of 78 was taking 50 to 55 units of insulin at 3 or more times during the day. She was not consuming any sugar during the day. Inspite of taking all precautions her blood sugar used to be 350 and more. And at times her blood sugar used to dip very low.

She started taking 1/2 small spoon of sugar every 3 hours. In about 3 months she stopped taking insulin shots and her fasting sugar as well as random sugar fell substantially. There was no episode of low blood sugar for next 2 years.

But this caused increase in her blood pressure.

My mother used to have high potassium and high blood sugar with very low pulse rate every 3 months. She used to be admitted to hospital.

We used to refuse implant of permanent pace maker since a neighbour died in 1 years at the of 55 after implant of permanent pace maker.

In 2014 her Echo test showed that heart is working at 30% capacity.

In 2016 her echo test showed that heart is working at 35% capacity.

So there was no deterioration in the working of the heart due to increased sugar intake.

During 2016 she got a wound on the sole of her foot. She thought that the wound has been caused due to sugar intake and she stopped taking sugar. She also increased the medicine for controlling her blood sugar. After about 15 days her blood sugar went beyond 580 and potassium also increased and she had to be admitted to the hospital as her pulse rate came down to 35.

This time also we refused implant of permanent pace maker.

After coming back from the hospital she started consuming sugar 1/2 spoon every hour or one and half hour.

Her blood sugar fell considerable. Now her fasting and ransom blood sugar was under 200 all the time. Her pulse rate was also substantially higher at 80 bpm. Now there was no need of pacemaker implant as per halter test.

But now she had high blood pressure and the medicine for high blood pressure needed to be adjusted.

The second problem that she faced was if she reduced her sugar consumption her blood sugar used to take a severe hit and used to rise very fast.

Case 2

I shared these results with a friend on Quora and he started using walking routines for his mother (as mentioned at www.healthyindianow.in) and he also reported reduction in blood sugar levels with lot of improvement in her pain in legs and hands.

After starting sugar intake the blood sugar again dropped and was very much within normal limits with insulin. Which was not the case earlier. Even with insulin shots her blood sugar was well above 250 most of the time.

Recently I shared the report that after stopping sugar intake the blood sugar increases drastically.

By chance his mother also had stopped sugar intake for 3 days and her blood sugar readings increased substantially.

He also reported increase in blood pressure with reduction in blood sugar levels.

Case 3

There was another facebook friend of about 38 years who read my posts and facebook and decided to try the above cure.

She also reported considerable improvement in blood sugar levels after starting the sugar intake. There was improvement in her skin conditions as well.

But after stopping the sugar intake she report higher blood sugar levels.

Case 4 and 5

In these 2 cases the gentlemen were of the age of 60. Both were Yoga instructors. They started sugar consumption and within 7 days reported lower blood sugar levels. But after they stopped sugar consumption they reported blood sugar levels of 450.

Case 6

My brother of 50 years of age also suffers from diabetes. He started walking routines as mentioned earlier and reported drop in his blood sugar readings.

But whenever he consumes sugar his blood sugar readings dip much more substantially.

Diabetes Cure

Walking Routines increases Resting Metabolic Rate. But soon it hits plateau.

Walking Routines result in weight loss. But soon it hits plateau.

Blood sugar drops with increase in sugar consumption in small doses.

But the moment sugar is withdrawn the sugar readings go up.

But when walking routines are with drawn the blood sugar does not take a hit.

That means the problem is with low energy availability for life processes. With increase in Resting Metabolic Rate this problem is solved permanently.

Sugar intake is a short term solution which can be combined with walking routines to minimise the tissue loss and organ damage.

Now I am working to find a solution to weight loss plateau and blood sugar plateau.

Keep checking this web site www.healthyindianow.in

I am expecting to find a solution for weight loss plateau in next 2 months.
