No tea or milk products

Day 1

8 am – Meal with 200-250 ml water. Meal can be mostly solid. In case of fluids in meal, reduce the amount of water.

2 pm – Meal with 200-250 ml water. Meal can be mostly solid. In case of fluids in meal, reduce the amount of water.

8 pm – Meal with 200-250 ml water. Meal can be mostly solid. In case of fluids in meal, reduce the amount of water.

 

Day 2

7 am – 200-250 ml water.

8 am – Meal without any water or other liquid.

1 pm – 200-250 ml water.

2 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

7 pm – 200-250 ml water.

8 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

 

Day 3

7 am – 200-250 ml water.

7.30 am – 200-250 ml water.

8 am – Meal without any water or other liquid.

1 pm – 200-250 ml water.

1.30 am – 200-250 ml water.

2 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

7 pm – 200-250 ml water.

7.30 pm – 200-250 ml water.

8 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

 

Day 4

8 am – Meal with 200-250 ml water. Meal can be mostly solid. In case of fluids in meal, reduce the amount of water.

1.30 am – 200-250 ml water.

2 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

7 pm – 200-250 ml water.

7.30 pm – 200-250 ml water.

8 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

Day 6

7 am – 200-250 ml water.

8 am – Meal without any water or other liquid.

1 pm – 200-250 ml water.

2 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

7 pm – 200-250 ml water.

8 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

Day 7

7 am – 200-250 ml water.

8 am – Meal with 200-250 ml water.

11 am – 200-250 ml water.

12 noon – 200-250 ml water.

1 pm – 200-250 ml water.

2 pm – Meal with 200-250 ml water.

5 pm – 200-250 ml water.

6 pm – 200-250 ml water.

7 pm – 200-250 ml water.

8 pm – Meal with 200-250 ml water.

The bowel movements will be regulated. Stool would be well formed. You  will be more energetic. The skin quality will improve. The food intake will be regularized. You will eat average quantity of food. Neither less not more.

After 7th day repeat the above for rest of the life.

Note – Whenever you feel headache or heaviness, drink 4-6 glasses of water – 30 to 45 minutes apart. Let us say you feel dehydrated at 5 pm. Drink 1 glass of water at 5.pm, 5.30 pm, 6 pm, 6.30 pm, 7 pm and 7.30 pm and then follow the rest of the routine. This can be done 2 times in a week based on actual condition. Everybody has a different health status at a given point of time. After 1 year or so there may not be any need for this type of water intake. But initially this may be the need of various patients.
