Walk and Rest Routines
Those who do not work –
After getting up in the morning, rest for 10 minutes while sitting. After that –
- Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within your home.
- After walking for 5 minutes rest in bed for 5 minutes. In case that is not possible one can sit for 5 minutes. But rest in bed is better.
- Walk for 5 minutes followed with bed rest (if possible) every hour during the day. If you miss a walk and rest for any hour do 2 session or more together when ever you can.
- One should do around 12 to 15 walk and rest sessions during a day.
- So you will be walking 15 x 5 = 75 minutes during a day. This is 10 times better than walking for 75 minutes at a time for all age groups.
Those Who are working
- Repeat 5 minutes walk and 5 minutes rest for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes before sleeping. For example if a person gets up at 6 am, start walking at 6.10 am. Till 6.40 am there will be 3 rounds of walk and rest. After 6.40 am do this walk and rest as your your convenience till you leave for work. Same after coming back from work.
- There should be 12 to 15 rounds of 5 minutes walk and 5 minutes of rest.
The above is very effective in curing constipation, piles, migraine, eczema, psoriasis, acidity, GERD, Gas and heart diseases etc. This can regulate cholesterol levels in about 3 months along with hydration dehydration cycles.
Most of the diseases are caused due to low metabolic rate resulting from fluid imbalance and poor blood circulation.
