Lot of Eczema patients contact me. Eczema is on the rise these days. Little kids are getting severely affected with eczema and parents are losing sleep. No one can see their children scratching their skin to bleeding and crying.

What is the reason for skin diseases

Top layer of the skin is fed by diffused oxygen from the skin layers below top layer. The first recourse to excess fluid in the body is tucking away the excess fluids in the layers of the skin. Excess fluid blocks the diffused oxygen reaching the top layer.

The imbalance of minerals in the fluid deposited in skin layers is also the problem.

All the skin conditions are cured if a person corrects the mineral imbalance.

It is not about reducing the water intake. It is about correct the fluid balance in various fluids compartments.

I got very encouraging feedback on drinking water with meals only to cure diabetes in last 3-6 months.

The main feedback of the people is –

That restricting water and other fluid intake to 1 glass of water with each meal for 5 days lowers the blood sugar levels to near normal levels.

However after 20 to 30 days the random blood sugar starts increasing. I did not get very clear feedback on status of fasting sugar. I believe that in due course of time even the fasting sugar will go up.

I made few assumptions on the reasons for increase in random blood sugar after initial good results and the solution to that. After carefully considering various options and assumptions the following seems to be highly probable.

Our body does not use up insulin released in blood by pancreas. Insulin is re-routed back to pancreas after it delivers the glucose to cells.

Changing the water drinking habits changes the flow of insulin to limbs to cells for first 15 days or so. However later all the insulin gets stuck in cells and does not reach the pancreas. Insulin may not be getting back to pancreas to maintain the metabolic waste consisting of glucose waste. Hydration may clear the insulin waste and make the insulin free to move back to pancreas.

To reverse this condition, my suggestion is to drink 200×12 (200 ml water every hour) for next 7 to 10 days after one experiences increase in blood sugar levels.

Hopefully the results will come in about 15 days time and I will update the same.

  • Over weight people are at higher risk of getting diabetes. So in order to maintain their weight people start eating less.

The question that needs to be decided is whether people with diabetes should eat less or more.

  • Body needs energy for vital organs to be healthy.
  • The energy requirement of vital organs is 60% or more of the total energy produced in body.
  • When vital organs do not get enough energy it sets off metabolic syndrome (group of life style diseases).
  • Diabetes is metabolic syndrome disease. It has been accepted as such by scientists.
  • To carry more weight body needs more energy for vital organs.
  • In diabetes people feel hungry so they need to eat more.

For each of these diseases the diabetes doctors refer to other professionals. Something as simple as skin complications – they refer to skin specialists.

Please think about the reasons.

Doctors are not there to treat you. They are interested in making you sick forever.

There are specialist doctors to deal with diabetes. Some of them or most of them (in my opinion) have diabetes. Because they follow what they tell others. Shun away from sugars. Do heavy exercises. Drink lots of water.

When they get diabetes they remove themselves from the list of subjects which can be part of the evidence on the basis of which medicines have been developed.

Now when the diabetics get skin complications they are referred to skin specialists. Who has to choose from 4-5 medicines that can be given for such skin conditions.

When a diabetic gets heart disease he is referred to heart specialist. Who keeps changing the medicines.

When a diabetic get problems with his stomach he is referred to gastro specialist.

When his eyes get into bad shape he is referred to  eye specialists.

If he gets stroke he is referred to neurologist.

When he is unable to manage his thirst and his kidney fails, he is referred to kidney doctors.

This is musical chair game.

The question is what is their specialisation. The net result of 10 years of study of medicine science is learning the names of 4-5 medicines. They learn those names only when pharma companies put them on their pay list.

Think about the daily routine of a doctor. He sees 100 to 200 patients a day. He refers the same medicines for most of the patients. That can be done by their receptionists as well or medical reps as well. Medical reps are better qualified to prescribe medicines then a doctor.

Day 4 to Day 7 – Drink 200 ml water with each  meal. Besides this water drink 200 ml 3 times after 3-4 hours after a meal or on empty stomach.

The above is just a suggestion based on personal experiments. One may need to restrict water intake for more than 3 days. It could be upto 5 to 10 days also.

Normally a rule of thumb is – increase in saliva in mouth means one should start drinking water besides with meals as well. In case of some people it happens in 2-3 days. After increase in saliva wait for 2 days before increasing water intake.

Second Step (For under weight people) –

Most of these people may be drinking most of their fluids with meals only. There will be little fluid intake besides with meals.

Stop drinking water with meals or

If drinking more than 200 ml water with meals, one may reduce water intake with each meal to 200 ml.

Start drinking 200 ml water on empty stomach in the morning for 10 days or so.

These will restore the fluid balance among 3 compartments of fluids in the body in 3-4 months.

There will be instant relief in less then 12 hours. But one will need to be alert for next 3-4 months.

After first 7 days –

Once in 10 days increase your water intake to 2 to 2.5 liters. This should be taken as 200 ml every hour.

2 days in 10 days – reduce your water and other fluids intake to 600 ml.

The above ensures completely disease free life. You will never need to visit a doctor. All your children would be top performers. You must cannot imagine what it will do to you and others in your family.

It is said that in diabetes cells become insulin resistant. Still we target to deliver more insulin to cells – if cells have become insulin resistant, then it is counter productive to deliver more insulin to cells.

Second if insulin is delivered in blood directly it brings about a change in blood sugar levels immediately.

But when we deliver the insulin under the skin it spreads slowly through intricate network of veins and bring change in blood glucose swiftly.

Why do we measure blood glucose when we need to supplement insulin in the body. We can measure insulin shortage in blood and supplement insulin based on those readings.

I doubt whether any study has been done to check the effectiveness of insulin delivery in the blood.
