Children wet the bed more often during winters. But no parent wants to think their child lying in wet bed for hours during winters.

The drugs that are available for managing bed wetting have serious side effects.

I saw some of the reports that say that children died due to use of these drugs. But there has not been enough response by the health authorities of any country.

Main types of drugs for managing bed wetting are –

AHD – Anti diuretic Hormone – It helps in making less urine. So more fluid is stored in the body. This is effective only while it is continued. The side effect is swelling, skin issues, lack of hunger, low metabolism, poor growth.

The other type of drug is – Psychotic drugs – This could be addictive and have serious side effects on the child for rest of the life. This is also effective only while being given.

The following routine is very effective. Besides getting rid of bed wetting there will be huge health benefits to your child for rest of this life.

Day 1

8 am – Meal with 70-100 ml water. Meal can be mostly solid. In case of fluids in meal, reduce the amount of water.

2 pm – Meal with 70-100 ml water. Meal can be mostly solid.

8 pm – Meal with 70-100 ml water. Meal can be mostly solid.

 

Day 2

7 am – 70-100 ml water.

8 am – Meal without any water or other liquid.

1 pm – 70-100 ml water.

2 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

7 pm – 70-100 ml water.

8 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

 

Day 3

7 am – 70-100 ml water.

8 am – Meal without any water or other liquid.

1 pm – 70-100 ml water.

2 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

7 pm – 70-100 ml water.

8 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

 

Day 4

8 am – Meal with 70 ml water. Meal can be mostly solid. In case of fluids in meal, reduce the amount of water.

Day 5

7 am – 70-100 ml water.

8 am – Meal without any water or other liquid.

8 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

Day 6

7 am – 70-100 ml water.

8 am – Meal without any water or other liquid.

1 pm – 70-100 ml water.

2 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

7 pm – 70-100 ml water.

8 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

Day 7

7 am – 70-100 ml water.

8 am – Meal with  70-100 ml water  or other liquid.

11 am – 70-100 ml water.

12 noon – 70-100 ml water.

1 pm – 70-100 ml water.

2 pm – Meal with  70-100 ml water  or other liquid.

5 pm – 70-100 ml water.

6 pm – 70-100 ml water.

7 pm – 70-100 ml water.

8 pm – Meal without any water or other liquid.

By end of 7 days the children will stop wetting the bed completely. Their bowel movements will be regulated. Their stool would be well formed. They will be more energetic. Their skin quality will improve. They would be disciplined. Their food intake will be regularized. They will eat average quantity of food. Neither less not more.

You will love the changes in your child.

The overall fluid intake of children between 4 to 8 years of age should not increase beyond 1 liters. Observing the fluid intake of the children will save them from type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes later in their life. It will make their immunity much stronger. They will not suffer from any chronic disease.

Just in case a child does not respond in 1 week continue for 1 week more.

In case bed wetting starts after some time repeat the above once more. With few weeks of above schedule your child will be free of bed wetting forever.

As per the following web site the most common symptoms of acidity among infants and children are vomiting, persistent cough and sneezing, refusing to eat and difficult to eat. With the above routine all the symptoms will disappear.
