  1. I have had diabetes for last 15 years. Currently it is controlled with insulin, both short-acting and long-acting types, as well as medicines for blood pressure etc. Since over five years I have developed diabetic retinopathy which is being treated with laser shots and injections into the eye. At night I have to pass urine at least every hour. I lead an otherwise sedentary life but do walk for 3 to 4 miles everyday which helps control the diabetes.
    Please advise if your treatment will work in such conditions.

    1. Yes it will sure work. The only thing is that you have to gradually in a planned manner implement the water routine. Do not push it too hard. One thing at a time. First give up tea and coffee. That should be 15 days target. During this time drink about 1500 ml water in 24 hours equally divided in 125 ml portions every hour. Then implement the water routine.

      Do not be harsh to yourself. Gradually increase the time when you have to stay without water. Within 45 days the things come under your control. When you can do the water routine 100% you would have solved all your health issues.

      Do not forget – the most important thing is to monitor your BP and Blood sugar regularly. You will need to adjust your medicines on the second day of going without water. Keeping checking.

      I have already done these initial tests on another gentleman of age 53. He is also on insulin and medicines. His Blood sugar dropped on day 1 itself. But he has problems in giving up tea and sticking to water routines.

      But since he is busy and can not focus on the water routine properly over a longer period of time the results are still to firm up.

    Just read few of your blog posts. Must say I am really shocked. Well I have a few queries- I have been doing Surya Namaskar for a few months now. Should I discontinue.
    The main reason of doing it was to get rid of my depression and anxiety and lose some weight as well.
    Coming to depression, yes my thought process has improved majorly. But would like to know your view point.

    1. Doing surya namaskar feels good in the begining. But excess of every exercise whatever way it is called causes inflammation. Inflammation is main cause of every disease.

      If you want to continue Surya Namaskar do by all means.

      But after every 2 to 3 asanas get in bed and rest for 5 minutes.

      This rest and exercise routine will remove all the inflammation within few days only and you will feel much better in a very short time.

      Or you can start with walking for 2 sessions and then do Surya Namaskar.

    I came along your site, because I read one success story on Facebook and this seems very interesting for me!!
    I have severe gastroparesis and cannot drink as many water as prefered and I have problems with eating. I’m often dehydrated anyways. Moreover I cannot cut out all the medicine I take from my daily routine (and that’s really a lot). As one part of the gastroparesis I have strong reflux with burning in oesophagus and stomach.
    Do you think there is any chance for me to be healed through your treatment? How long could it take? What would be the best to start? Many thanks. Really looking forward replying your answer.

    1. Do only point 2 and keep looking for updates. Get up early. Walk for 2 to 5 minutes at easy pace. At the end of the walk you should be feeling energetic and happy and with lot of energy.
      After walking, get in bed for 5 to 10 minutes.
      Repeat this for 8 times.
      After every 30 minutes drink 100 ml water when starting to walk.
      Give feedback after 3 days of doing this.

      1. Thanks for your reply! What about food? I cannot eat and drink at the same time. There’s not enough space in between for eating. Normally I have to leave at minimum 30 min before and 2 hours after I can eat.

    I read your blog post on skin and it was very convincing that I want to experiment it now, before initiating it I wanted to confirm about usage of creams, you have mentioned about boycotting soaps and shampoos but it goes for creams as well ?
    And if not shampoos then what is it’s alternative ?

    1. For creams as well as shampoos. Stop every thing. Skin is fed the nutrients through blood and not from outside.

      When the composition of the blood will change skin and hair will automatically become good.

      The problem is that we are so used to believing in the TV and other commercial advertisements. We do not believe in what our mind tells us.

      Do not worry. It is matter of few days that you will like your new self.

  5. Sir,
    I had antrum ulcer few years back and now its cured. But this lead to acidity and as result sometime
    I vomit after meals. Nowdays, when i wake up in the mornings there always feeling of nausea and throw up a white foam with water. And whole day I feel heartburn.
    I have tried all the medicines allopathy , homeopathic, ayurvedic but acidity is still there.

    Can this be cured? What would be the best to start? Regards

    Came across your blog and for sure it is very truthful.
    I am a cancer survivor and I had Stage-2 testicular cancer, can you please suggest the diet I need to follow to avoid the cancer from relapsing ?
    What is your opinion, I am actually now a complete vegan, what should I eat to be healthy and avoid anymore problems

    1. Diet plays less than 10% role in our health. If we do hydration dehydration diet is usually taken care of to a large extent.
      For cancer the most important thing is to increase resting metabolic rate. That involves walking for 5 minutes followed with rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat this 3 times in the morning and 3 times at night.
      Also take 1/2 spoon of sugar every 1 to 2 hours.
      These things will take care of cancer.
      Also if you are taking any medicines for diabetes, blood pressure and heart disease, stop them. But at your own risk.
      I mean take them on need basis when symptoms are there and you have discomfort.
      you may discuss with your doctors as well.

    1. Auto immune system conditions can be cured by hydration dehydration cycles. One should take ADD 1/4 SPOON OF salt in 1 glass of water on Day 1 and on day 2 no water. On rest of the day no salt and water. It should be plain water – about 1 liter on rest of the days.

Hi, am 25 years old female, 5 year ago i had fever, cold and ear blockage fever took one week to go but for blockage i took ENT medication which cause me sever acid reflux,sever gastritis and IBS for which i changed many doctors and medicine but problem didnt resolved gradually with time symptoms decreased ….but 5 month ago i got infected with multiple UTI which is still not cured and meanwhile got tested for antibody thyroglobulin 5.6 for that i took thyroid medication which gave me multiple disease like multiple vision, degeneration in eyes, numbness of body, headache, IBS… and more …..i really need a help nothing seems to help me

    1. Day 1 to day 8 – Drink 150 to 200 ml water with each meal. No more water or other liquids. So total liquids during the day not to exceed 500 to 600 ml.

      Day 9 – Drink 150 to 200 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. No other liquids

      Day 10 – Drink no water or other liquids.

      In 30 days you should be perfectly alright including UTI. In fact UTI relief may be there in less than 7 days.

      Give feedback after 7 days.

  9. I want to know whether the walk and rest you are prescribing can this be done like walk and sit for a while. Because I love walking on the road after every 5 minutes I have to come home to sleep in bed. However, I can sit on some steps near my building outside and take rest. Please advise.

  10. Hello Sir, I now believe why I don’t have acidity problem for a month when I fast.
    Rest of the year I have acidity problem.

    I will definitely use your trick of day 1 and day 2.
    Also i will walk for 5 mins and rest for 15 mins in the morning and in the evening. Repeat the cycle for 3 times.

    1. Give your weight, height, age.
      Give details of your fluid intake as –
      water –
      tea and coffee –
      juices –
      fruits –
      Any other form of liquid –

      And also give details of any other health issues that you may have.

      And I will suggest you specific hydration dehydration cycles –

      Meanwhile you can start walk and rest routines.

      Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace in your home. After walking rest in bed for 5 minutes.
      Repeat for 30 minutes. Gradually make it 60 minutes.
      Repeat 2 times in a day.

      If you have time, do 4 sessions of walk and rest of 30 minutes each. (In each session of 30 minutes 3 walks of 5 minutes each and 3 rests of 5 minutes each)

      With this hair fall will stop in 15 days. In about 2 months you will see hair growing back.

        5’2″, 134lbs, 42yrs old
        I drink 2-4 cups of coffee per week.
        I drink 8-12oz of water when I work out 3-4 times a week.
        Otherwise, I drink Konbucha with meals and when I’m thirsty.
        2yrs ago, I’ve had a surgery for Endometrioma, severe case of Endometriosis.
        Recently, I’ve been suffering from Sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
        And lastly, though I haven’t had it in a while, I’ve suffered from irritable bowel syndrome every other month for a few years.

          1. As crazy as it sounds, yes. I don’t drink just water at all if I don’t work out. I do drink carbonated water with lemon. But I suppose it’s not good either. And I forgot to mention, I do eat lots of fruits, drink juices sometimes. I make smoothies with vegetables and fruit juice.

            So as you say, I will drink more water and concentrate on your walk and rest routines.

            May I ask if you think kombucha is bad for your health?

  12. In your opinion, would you say all probiotic supplements for “gut health” is pointless or even bad for your health or only kombucha is bad? Would you mind telling us why? I’m very curious since probiotic supplement is a billion dollar industry! (Also, because I’d like to know why it didn’t work for my constipation.)

    1. Everything targeted at good nutrition is bad. It is endless chase of good nutrition. The body has elaborate system of managing the nutrition. By adopting diets and special foods we are trying to wage a war against our own body.

      Go on further. Simple try to answer a simple and old question.

      Has anybody improved the health of bones by taking calcium supplements? Why?

      I suffered from severe osteoporosis about 10 years back. My bones used to hurt. The severity of pain is too much to bear. Doctors suggested me to take calcium and vitamin D3 for life. Here I am not taking calcium or calcium diet (no milk, curd or anything specifically suggested for calcium and my bones are better then these were at the age of 20.

      There is a saying that everything that is selling hot today will be named as culprit after 10 years causing lot of other diseases.

      But we are refusing to learn.

      Hydration dehydration cycles is the only way to good nutrition. May be there is need to improve on it. But that is the only way. It seems so.

    I just read your blog regarding hydration and dehydration cycle and thought may be you could help me as well. I started getting mild acne in September when I went on vacation (Canada) and was prescribed topical antibiotics which did help a lot. Now I have few tiny pimples and spots to deal with. But lately my skin is getting really dry/flaky and scaley. There is one dry patch on left cheek and in general my skin feels very tight and dry. Sometimes I can actually see the white flakes on my face.

    I drink almost 4-5 litres water a day and almost 3 cups of hot lemon water after meals. Other than that I have given up on tea as I was reducing my caffeine intake to reduce pimples. I have also reduced oil/ghee on chapatis, could that be the reason my reason is getting so dry ?

    Could you please send me a plan according to my condition to cure pimples as well as dryness. Many thanks

    Also my mother has diabetes, blood pressure, menopause long time..father has varicose vein, blood pressure .

      First – you can implement hydration dehydration. Salt water is not needed. You need only plain water.
      You should implement walk and rest. 5 Minutes walk followed with 5 minutes bed rest. You should do it 1 hour each in morning and evening in your home.

      Yes, you can take sugar as well. 1/2 spoon of sugar 6-7 times in a day.

      Mother and father and friend should do only walk and rest to begin with.

    I m having acid reflux which was diagnosed 2 days before, they prescribed tablet and syrup but didn’t workout well still I m having chest burn ,burping and gas !pls give me suggestions to cure tis !!

  16. Hi,i have a problem with kidneys i have had several bouts of kidney stones which has escalated into constant pain which i believe is to do with oxalates. Its worse and better pending what foods i have eaten. I have water fasted for 2 weeks before which helped a little but not enough for the amount of effort i put in. I have dry fasted before reading youre blogs or posts for 36 hours but not hydrating properly according to you i have been over hydrating. I would love some insight as salt and anything with oxalates seems to be problematic.
