Hydration dehydration cycles

Hydration dehydration cycles

Hydration dehydration cycles

Read my blog for detailed explanation. These fluid intake suggested herein is for adults and not for kids.

My blog in brief –

Chronic mineral imbalance in blood leads to low metabolic rate resulting in aging and age related diseases like blood sugar, blood pressure and heart disease etc.

To correct mineral imbalance do hydration dehydration cycles and to increase resting metabolic rate do walking and rest routines as detailed on my blog.

To increase Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) do the following

Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within your home in the morning.

After walking rest for 5–10 minutes in bed.

Repeat the above 3 times in the morning, afternoon, evening and at night before sleeping. So that makes for 12 walk and rest routines or 5×12 = 60 minutes of walk for the entire period. One can do it selectively during week days and on working days only in the morning and at night.

The idea about walking is that it mobilises energy and before the entire mobilised energy is spent we rest. In such a case a part of the mobilised energy becomes available for vital organs. Doing walking and rest routines takes care of aging related diseases as well.

Do not forget to give a break once in a week. Even the above could be too tiring for most of the people. Getting tired or pushing yourself too much will never a solution to any problem.

In brief hydration dehydration cycles is as given here –

Low metabolic rate results in lesser energy for heart and kidneys causing fluid buildup and weight gain. Doing hydration dehydration cycles will eliminate excess fluid buildup in the body.

Day 1 to 5 – Drink 150 – 200 ml water with every meal. Total fluids intake on these days should not exceed 500 to 600 ml.

Day 6 – Drink 150 – 200 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm.

Day 7 – Do not drink any fluid for the entire day.

Repeat after 7 days.

Fluid overload is one of the basic reasons of low resting metabolic rate.

For explanation of the above read my blog.

If a person is balding or growing gray hair his heart is into trouble. A new study confirms that.

It has been more than 5 years that I said that fluid imbalance and resultant mineral imbalance causes every disease. Fluid imbalance manifests in –

  • Frequent cold and cough
  • Sinus
  • Bed wetting
  • gray hair
  • balding
  • poor eye sight.
  • Skin problems

It has been very late that medical community was able to find the link.

Day 1 – Drink 150–200 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. No other fluid/ liquid.

Day 2,3 – Drink 150–200 ml water 3 times only during the day. Total fluid intake 450–600 ml in the day.

Repeat for 2–3 weeks.

Why is drinking hot tea preferred over drinking hot water in the winter?

Why is drinking hot tea preferred over drinking hot water in the winter?

Why is drinking hot tea preferred over drinking hot water in the winter?

  • During winters out skin is dry and dull.
  • During winters we eat more.
  • During winters we drink dehydrating fluids.
  • Excess of dehydrating fluids also cause chills.

The body temperature has to be maintained at same level during summers and winters.

The mechanism of doing these is mainly varying the amount of fluids that our body carries during summers and winters.

We eat more because cells have lesser water in winters and they metabolise more in winters.

That also translate to generating more energy in winters as compared to summers.

People who drink more than 6 cups of tea a day also experience more chills. The reason – tea contains dehydrating agents and water.

Body will not except caffeine beyond a limit. So dehydration due to a dehydrating agent cannot work beyond a point.

That means if we drink 10 cups of tea it will stop dehydrating most of the people.

But that will result in lodging of more hot fluids in the body. Hot water is hydrating.

so body will store more water and cause more chills.

So tea will become counter productive measure.

To get a better idea about hydration dehydration principles read my blog.

In brief the hydration dehydration principles are as under –

Hydration dehydration cycles will help in balancing every mineral and walking and rest routines will increase the RMR which will help in permanent cure of mineral imbalance in the long run.

**In brief hydration dehydration cycles is as given here -**

Day 1 – Drink 150 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. Reduce meal size by 20%. No other fluid/ liquid.

Day 2,3 – Drink 150 ml water 1 hour before each meal. Total fluid intake 450 ml in the day. Reduce meal size by 20%.

Repeat for 2–3 weeks.

**To get best results increase Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) as well by doing the following**

Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within your home in the morning. Reduce the meal size by 20%.

After walking rest for 15 minutes in bed.

Repeat the above 3 times in the morning and 3 times at night before sleeping. The more you rest after walking it will be better. The recommendation of 10 minutes is keeping in view busy schedule of people. 30 minutes is ideal.

#### Intermittent fasting####

Day 1 – Eat 50% of your food intake with 80% reduction in your water and other liquid intake.

Day 2 – Eat normal food and normal water.

**When a person is doing this, he can skip hydration dehydration cycles.**

For explanation of the above read my blog.

Will drinking hot water in winters provide any relief in winters?

Will drinking hot water in winters provide any relief in winters?

Will drinking hot water in winters provide any relief in winters?

Warm water is hydrating. That means that hot water will make the body store more water in the body.

So that will cause a person to feel the chills after some days.

A person who is extremely dehydrated may find relief by drinking hot water. But a person who is well hydrated will suffer more cold.

Even in summers a dehydrated person will benefit by drinking hot water.

During winters our body stores less water. That makes our skin dry and dull in winters. But that helps the body to stay warm and comfortable.

We eat more in winters to generate more energy and heat.

Hydration Dehydration Cycles

  • Day 1 – Drink 150 ml water (2/3 glass of water) every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. Avoid all other liquids/ fluids like tea, juice, milk, soda etc. Moderate (reduce) your meals size by 30% of your average meal.
  • Day 2,3,4 – Drink 150 ml water (2/3 glass) 1 hour before each meal. So total fluid intake on these days will be 450 ml. Eat 1/2 small spoon of sugar every 1 or 2 hour. Total sugar not to exceed 5 small spoons in a day. No other substitute of sugar to be tried. No sweets, ice cream or soft drinks or juices.
  • Repeat Day 1,2,3,4 after every 15 days for first 3 months. Thereafter repeat once in 1 month.
  • Restrict the fluid intake to 1500 ml rest of the days. Cut out all fruit juices, tea, soda and other fluids from your daily routine. But all these can be taken in moderation once or twice in 1 week.
  • Children below 10 years of age should drink 25 to 50 ml water every hour instead of 150 ml.
  • People having high blood pressure and taking medicines for a long time will have to be careful. Take blood pressure readings 3-4 times every day.
  • The above will cure all auto immune system diseases. It will strengthen your immune system. It will save people from all seasonal allergies, flu, dengue, cold and cough, sinus, asthma etc.

This is how the nature wanted it

  • Day and Night is hydration dehydration cycle plan of nature.
  • Summer and Winter is nature’s attempt to take care of people who are adamant and go against nature.

What happens during hydration / dehydration cycles

  • Hydration is the process of supplying the nutrients rich blood to the cells.
  • Dehydration is the process of removal of metabolic waste from the cells.
  • Morning Bowel movement is enough indication of the nature’s plan.
  • Morning Bowel movement takes place after 10 to 12 hours of dehydration phase during night.
  • Cured people suffering from chronic constipation by dehydrating them for 24 to 48 hours.
  • Hydration causes increase in the volume of vascular fluids. Increase in Vascular fluids cause increased absorption of minerals in the cells. Just imagine increasing the volume of water or air in a balloon submerged in water.
  • Dehydration causes reduction in the volume of vascular fluids. Now just imagine decreased volume of water or air in a balloon after a period of few hours of high volume of water as mentioned in last point. It will simply reverse the process. It will remove the waste from cells. This is natures plan of waste clearance.
