Low blood sugar – heart pumps fluids into the cells. When there is not enough energy for the heart to operate optimally fluid builds up in space between cells and total blood volume also goes up. High blood sugar is counter measures of the body to maintain high energy level. When we lower the blood glucose by medicines the energy rates fall significantly causing rapid build up of fluids. Excess fluid with same amount of glucose will translate to low blood sugar.

upset stomach, gas, bloating, diarrhoea – Excess body fluids will interfere with digestion process badly. I have cured many people of acidity, IBS, celiac and constipation with dehydration for 36 to 60 hours.

skin rash or itching – I have cured people with chronic eczema within 7 days by dehydrating them for 36 to 60 hours. The basic reason for skin rash and itching is fluid overload.

weight gain – Body is 65 to 75% fluids. So any substantial increase in fluids will show in excess weight.

kidney complications – Excess fluids means over load on kidneys resulting in kidney complications. I dehydrate for 36 hours every 10 days for last 8 to 10 years. My creatinine level was 0.65 and 0.75 in 2 blood tests done in May 2017.

tiredness or dizziness – We get tired when we do not get

Cancer is caused due to medicines taken for diabetes, blood pressure and heart disease.

To get to the conclusion lets look at the symptoms of diabetes, blood pressure and heart diseases before a person starts taking the medicines.

Cholesterol is essential for the proper functioning of the body.

Lack of cholesterol causes constipation. So when you are put on cholesterol lowering drugs you are given laxatives and other medicines to help you tide over constipation.

Good Digestion is the first pre-requisite for good health.

Cholesterol is meant to go inside cells for proper functioning of the cells. It is essential for production of Vitamin D.

Now let us come to the cause of high cholesterol –

Whatever we eat goes into stomach and then small intestines. Minerals in the food are absorbed in blood while food passes through small intestines.

This mineralised blood is added with enzymes released by liver etc. Then this mineralised blood is optimised for optimum levels of minerals by kidneys.

Kidney removes the minerals which are in excess and preserves the minerals which are in shortage.

Now this blood is pumped by the heart to cells. As we age and as kidneys ill treated by us by drinking fluids in most unscientific manner, the energy available for vital organs including heart starts diminishing.

With a weak and slow heart the cholesterol is not able to enter the cells. It causes increase in the fluid in space between the cells. That causes back pain and low metabolism of cells and weak muscles.

That further reduces the RMR. This is vicious cycle.

I was able to avert symptoms of impending heart attack in 2016 by 5 minutes of walking followed with 15 minutes of rest. My stamina to do HIIT has increased significantly by this.

Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within your home in the morning. Reduce the meal size by 20%.

After walking rest for 15 minutes in bed.

Repeat the above 3 times in the morning and 3 times at night before sleeping.The more you rest after walking it will be better. The recommendation of 10 minutes is keeping in view busy schedule of people. 30 minutes is ideal.

With higher RMR heart will be able to pump the cholesterol and blood harder into the cells and lower the cholesterol in blood.

The latest study says that eczema does not mean high risk of cardiovascular diseases.

However I helped more than 10 persons get cured of eczema by reducing their water intake.

High water intake and excess water retention is linked to high blood sugar, high BP and higher risk for heart diseases, kidney failure and stroke.

It is really difficult to believe any health study and their recommendation.

After walking go back to bed and rest for 15 minutes

Repeat the above 2-3 times in the morning and 2-3 times in the night before sleeping.

Dull pain in your arms and chest pain and jaw pain or stomach pain is the biggest symptom. Do not ignore this pain as muscular or gas pain.

Dull pain means that your heart is not getting enough energy and power to push the blood.

Walking and rest is 100 times better than any blood test for cholesterol or taking medicines for lowering the cholesterol.

Trillions of dollars have gone into research into last several decades and you are time and again bombarded with this type of news.

It is time to question – have we not done more than enough already to fund the research.

Why the diseases are on rise?

Are the researchers squeezing you?

Yes they are squeezing.

I am an advocate. Same thing happens in almost every field.

Let us say a person faces the prospects of going to jail on false complaint or even if it is true complaint.

A good advocate will first try to convince that if a person decides to pay less, his prospects of going to jail will increase.

He will squeeze as much as possible.

Then he will get his bail applications rejected. Show sympathy with him. Promise him moon again.

The person will pay more money and stay with the same advocate because he has already paid him lot of money.
