Eating fruits is suggested to be best for good health. But when there is kidney failure than fruits are banned for patients.

Does it not mean that fruits in excess are bad?

Who will suggest how much of fruits is good for health?

Does it not mean that supplements and vitamins in excess are also bad?

I personally do not recommend eating fruits more than 4 times in a month.

  3. Cancer – I should not touch this subject. Acidity causes cancer. Every ayurved doctors says that. More than half of the world is fed that acidity is the cause of cancer. Now here you have cancer as the cause of acidity.
  4. Stress – Stress and God card can be played in every situation.
  5. Irregular meals – The whole rural population eats only 2 times in a day. This irregular meals concept beats me. More than 70% of this world’s population eats only 1 or 2 times and do not suffer from acidity.
  6. Lack of sleep – This is the new stress and God. This is being included in every list these days.

Yoga is violence to Body and Mind

 

Anybody who preaches health should set out Goals that will be expected to be achieved by following a particular system.

 

If the Goals are not achieved, then the reasons should be found out.

 

If the goodness of the health system is to be publicized then any shortcoming should also be publicized. More than 80% of the people who practice yoga do not get long term benefits. Those who preach Yoga do not enjoy perfect health. If you withhold such information – will you not call it fraud?

 

Few years back I met two Yoga teachers aged 65 and 38. Both of them were preaching Yoga for tens of years. After some discussion they agreed that they have stomach issues on long term basis. They cannot eat anything spicy or anything from Market.

 

Breathing Exercises are integral part of Yoga. Through breathing we inhale and exhale large amounts of air. This causes unusual movements of respiratory organs. That results in dehydration of the organs as well as supply of more fluids to the organs involved.

 

But why do we need to do all this is the basic question that must be answered before we proceed. Involvement of Mr. Modi or anyone from big offices need to look deeper into the issues before getting involved.

 

The blood of our body must maintain pH level of 7.35 to 7.45 to enjoy good health. The first system to ensure that is breathing. Carbon Dioxide is slightly acidic. Whenever pH level of the blood falls below 7.35 the breathing becomes deeper. Secondly urine also helps in maintaining the pH level of the blood. There are several other organs which influence the pH level of the blood.

 

What causes changes in the blood pH level should be the first question that must be answered by an Honest person. Yoga never speaks about this question?

 

Our food and liquid intake influences the pH level of the blood. Exercises, physical movements and any other kind of energy expenditure influences pH level of the blood. Sugar (Carbohydrates) act as buffer and saves the blood from rapid changes in the pH level.

 

Water is the safest thing that can bring fast changes in the blood pH level without causing any serious side effects.

 

But why should we choose water over yoga or other things in the world to control pH level of blood.

 

If you want to understand the reasons for choosing water over other systems of health which have been created by mindless pursuits of greedy people do the following.

 

Drink 200 ml water every hour from 7 am to 7 pm on day 1. Have normal average 3 meals during the day. No other liquids to be ingested. No water or liquids during night.

 

Drink no water or other liquids on day 2. No water or liquids during night on day 2 as well.

Watch the changes in your breathing.

 

Whatever you are trying to achieve through breathing exercises and Yoga will all be there and much more.

 

You spend almost no time in drinking 10 glasses of water of 200 ml each on day 1. But for Yoga you need to spend more than 1 hour every day.

 

Yoga or any other activity effects the organs involved in the exercise.

 

Hydration and dehydration effects each and every organ of the body.

 

The effect is long term and not short term as provided by Yoga. Why the Yoga impact would be short term.

 

Remember carbon dioxide is slightly acidic. By controlling breathing you are saving the body from the harmful effects of acidic blood. But what about blood becoming too alkaline. Yogi dies of alkaline bodies. They over do the thing.

 

Yoga is a violence to the body and mind. Yoga is developed by sick people who experience some benefits at some stage in their life. But they failed to look beyond and far.

Another 6 months passed by. She continued Yoga breathing exercise. And she started putting on weight. In next 6 months she weighed in 130 kg. She had to undergo surgery to cut some loose skin which covered her eyes and she could not see because of that.

 

I kept warning her that this all is happening due to yoga breathing exercises. She did not listen to me. She started spending 3-4 months in a year in hospitals for various health conditions.

 

And she died of massive heart attack. Cardiogenic Shock.

 

Case 2 

 

A friend of mine is a disciple of Swami Dhirender Brahmchari. Few years back he lost his eye vision. There is no injury. He lost his eye vision at the age of say 40 years or earlier then than. He still practices yoga. He has other health conditions as well. He is not able to hold water for long after drinking even glass of water even in summers.

 

He has done 10s of courses in Ayurved, homeopathy etc to understand the disease and to cure himself. But there are no results.

 

But he is also hesitant to discontinue Yoga.

 

Case 3

 

In 2015 I met another yoga instructor. Age 62-63. He was teaching yoga to people and was very active.

 

He also suffered from Acidity. I asked him to stop yoga for 10-15 days. Dehydrate himself for 36 hours and see the impact. He met me after 10 days and said that he got complete relief from acidity.

 

I could have taken this information with a pinch of salt since he did not keep in touch after that. But he called again in 2016 asking for help to cure his diabetes. That implies that he has long term relief from acidity and so his belief that I can be of help to him.

 

Case 4

 

The information about acidity was taken from 2 yoga instructors who suffered from acidity even after being very active yoga instructors. I kept thinking about the reasons and it seems that I am very close to actual reasons.

 

But then people who do not suffer from acidity may argue in favour of Yoga. Yoga causes acidity due to their bodies becoming more alkaline. They can become acidic again by doing cardio exercises. That is by running and walking and hence dehydrating.

 

That means first you have to do Yoga and then to get rid of the harmful effects of yoga you will need to spend more time in reversing the conditions caused by Yoga. Walk for another one hour or run / jog for 30 minutes every day.

 

This whole universe is created to supplement and ensure the cycles of hydration and dehydration. Day and night. Changes in seasons (temperature). Earth revolves around sun only to help too greedy people to maintain right hydration levels.

Kidney Stones and Subsequent Acidity
 
I had kidney stones for 3 years in a row. The stones were small and I went to doctors in time. The stones were removed by giving Diuretics, anti biotics, drips of saline water and muscle relaxants, through urine.
 
This was shocking. I was an all rounder. I was a sports person who would love to play any game that was going around. Sports was my first love. We were taught that sports is good for health.
 
The doctor told to drink 6 to 8 litres of water daily. After first year kidney stone I took special care to drink enough water. But inspite of that I developed kidney stones. I was confused. I was worried.
 
Around this time, I suffered from acidity. I could hardly eat anything. Even if I drank water, I felt that I was full upto my throat.
 
I could not tolerate any spices or oily food.
 
I took ant acids, injections, medicines. I took lot of care in deciding what I should eat.
 
Nothing worked. Every passing day the things were getting worse. There was no improvement.
 
I stopped taking interest in business. I started studying health related matters on internet. I was shocked to find that there was no cure for any ailment. All my life I used to believe that doctors can cure any disease.
 
Now it was only health and nothing else. I thought if I am healthy, I can earn money for 30–40 more years. Otherwise I will end up spending all money on doctors and hospitals.
 
Today I am 100% fit. No health issues. I can work for 16 to 20 hours a day. I did not spend any money on my treatment.
 
To cut the long story short. I experimented on hydration / dehydration cycles and found that these can cure any disease. I found that dehydration is equally important along with hydration.
 
If any wants to get 100% relief from acidity without any medicine in 48 hours –
 
Day 1 – Drink 100–200 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm.
 
Day 2 – Do not drink any fluids. Or drink as little as possible. If you find it difficult to stay without water and other fluids for 36 hours at a stretch, minimise your water (fluid) intake on this day.
 
You may not get 100% relief in 48 hours in case you could not stay without drinking water on day 2.
 
But repeating Day 1 and Day 2 every week will give 100% relief in a month or so.
 
Thereafter every month repeat day 1 and day 2.
 
As things progress – You may repeat day 1 and day every time there is change in the temperature of more than 10 degree centigrade.
 
An Interesting story
 
I was discussing my experiences of hydration/ dehydration with a group of yoga instructors. During the course of discussions the yoga instructors mentioned that they suffer from acidity in a big way.
 
I was surprised. I could not answer. But I kept looking for an answer.
 
Later I found an answer to the acidity problem of yoga instructors.
 
Yoga has some breathing exercises. During these breathing exercises CO2 is exhaled. CO2 is slightly acidic.
 
When a person starts yoga, he feels over all improvement. Most of the well to do people have acidic build up in their body. By doing breathing exercises, the acid load of the body starts reducing.
 
In few months the person recovers from acidic body. Now his body becomes too alkaline.
 
The acidity problem is faced when there is acid build up or alkaline build up.
 
Later I asked the yoga instructor
 
to stop drinking water for 36 hours.
 
I also suggested him to stop yoga for 7 days.
 
After 36 hours he was completely cured of his acidity.
 
To me – cure means – no restrictions of meals. Once a person is cured of acidity he can eat any oily thing in any quantity.
 
Not that I recommend such poor choices of food. But that is the meaning of cure to me. And one must indulge in such things once in a while.

Yoga promotes acidity and poor digestion

On world Yoga Day, I wrote a note titled –

Yoga is violence to body and Mind

I tried giving some explanations as well. I am happy that Yoga people were quite tolerant and took my comments easy.

But no one except one gentleman commented. One sole comment was – That some one should look into my claims seriously since the note raised some scientific issues.

No one came forward to collaborate.

Around first week of September 2015, I spoke to a Yoga teacher who was actively teaching Yoga every day for 2 hours and practicing the same himself. I asked him about acidity, digestion and how his stomach handles spices.

His reply was – that while talking to me he is uncomfortable due to acidity. He can not eat outside food. He has very poor digestion. And he cannot eat anything spicy.

I explained my last note to him. The Note that was sent to PM Mr. N. Modi.

My final suggestions to him were –

  • Give up Yoga
  • Do not drink water and other liquids for 1 day (36 hours) at least once in a week.

As simple as it gets.

After 7 days I met him again. Requested for his feedback. His feedback was –

  • So far he gave up water for one day only.
  • And he got complete relief from acidity.
  • He wanted a well written note in Hindi to be circulated among his disciples.

I sent same note to Mr. N. Modi PM thru Twitter and to some more celebrities. Result – no feedback from any one of them.

Anybody who preaches health should set out Goals that will be expected to be achieved by following a particular system.

 

If the Goals are not achieved, then the reasons should be found out.

 

If the goodness of the health system is to be publicized then any shortcoming should also be publicized. More than 80% of the people who practice yoga do not get long term benefits. Those who preach Yoga do not enjoy perfect health. If you withhold such information – will you not call it fraud?

 

Few years back I met two Yoga teachers aged 65 and 38. Both of them were preaching Yoga for tens of years. After some discussion they agreed that they have stomach issues on long term basis. They cannot eat anything spicy or anything from Market.

 

Breathing Exercises are integral part of Yoga. Through breathing we inhale and exhale large amounts of air. This causes unusual movements of respiratory organs. That results in dehydration of the organs as well as supply of more fluids to the organs involved.

 

But why do we need to do all this is the basis question that must be answered before we proceed. Involvement of Modi or anyone from big offices needs to look deeper into the issues before getting involved.

 

The blood of our body must maintain pH level of 7.2 to 7.4 to enjoy good health. The first system to ensure that is breathing. Carbon Dioxide is slightly acidic. Whenever pH level of the blood falls below 7.2 the breathing becomes deeper. Secondly urine also helps in maintaining the pH level of the blood. There are several other organs which influence the pH level of the blood.

 

What causes changes in the blood pH level should be the first question that needs must be answered by an Honest person. Yoga never speaks about this question?

 

Our food and liquid intake influences the pH level of the blood. Exercises, physical movements and any other kind of energy expenditure influences pH level of the blood. Sugar (Carbohydrates) act as buffers and saves the blood from rapid changes in the pH level. Blood is separated by intestines and other complex systems to avoid any rapid changes in the blood pH.

 

Water is the safest thing that can bring fast changes in the blood pH level without causing any serious side effects.

 

But why should we choose water over yoga or other things in the world to control pH level of blood.

 

If you want to understand the reasons for choosing water over other systems of health which have been created by mindless pursuits of greedy people do the following.

 

Drink 200 ml water every hour from 7 am to 7 pm on day 1. Have normal average 3 meals during the day. No other liquids to be ingested. No water or liquids during night.

 

Drink no water or other liquids on day 2. No water or liquids during night on day 2 as well.

Watch the changes in your breathing.

 

Whatever you are trying to achieve through breathing exercises and Yoga will all be there and much more.

 

You spend almost no time in drinking 10 glasses of water of 200 ml each on day 1. But for Yoga you need to spend more than 1 hour every day.

 

Yoga or any other activity effects the organs involved in the exercise.

 

Hydration and dehydration effects each and every organ of the body.

 

The effect is long term and not short term as provided by Yoga. Why the Yoga impact would be short term.

 

Remember carbon dioxide is slightly acidic. By controlling breathing you are saving the body from the harmful effects acidic blood. But what about blood becoming too alkaline. Yogi dies of alkaline bodies. They over do the thing.

 

Yoga is a violence to the body and mind. Yoga is developed by sick people who experience some benefits at some stage in their life. But they failed to look beyond and far.

What causes Acid Reflux

For me the first thing that is necessary in any problem solving is to define the problem. So before anyone begins to find the cure for Acid Reflux, the cause of acid reflux should be found. While defining the problem brain storming needs to be done to throw the ideas which may not be correct. I find most of the number web sites do not even attempt at brain storming by listing some possible causes. I will attempt here some ideas.

To my mind no attempt has been made to give any causes.

What could lead to Acid Reflux

  • Eating more acidic foods. If that was the cause, the person would have died in a matter of few months or days after starting complete acidic foods. But people survive for years. And some people never complain of acid reflux even if they live for 100 years.
  • Eating oily foods – Oil is also acidic to some extent. There are people who do not eat any oils but still suffer from acidity. I have people in my family who do not eat any oily stuff but they suffered from acidity all 12 months in a year.
  • Eating late at night. The food eaten late at night is not digested. But the acids are excreted to digest the meal and remains in the stomach for a long time. Yes to some extent this could be possible reason. But if that was the reason at least 50% of the people who eat late at night should be suffering from acidity.
  • Toxic build up in the body. Whatever we eat is converted to glucose and rest is thrown out of the body. When this is not thrown out of the body, it starts to putrefy. This process produces lot of acids. These acids help to heat up the body and throw the excess toxics out of the body. That is the natural defence system of the body. But when natural process starts it may produce some discomforts. People may start treating themselves for the discomforts. That starts interfering with the removal process and toxics are build up.
  • To get relief acidity people are advised to increase the fluid intake. If that was the solution then every person would have been cured of acidity in a matter of few hours. Body has monitoring system for every thing. Body has to maintain a certain pH level. If that pH level is not maintained the body will become dead. So at one time it allows only some removal of acids from the body. After that it starts restricting the excretion of the acids.

What Medicines are given to cure Acid Reflux

  • No medicines are given to cure acid reflux.
  • People are usually misguided that they are being given the medicines to cure acid reflux.
  • Since discomfort is caused due to acid coming out of the stomach into the food pipe, the medicines that are given provide an additional coating to protect the food pipe from the stomach acids. This coating further adds to the toxic build up and after some time these medicines stop working or need higher doses.
  • Exercises are no cure for Acid Reflux. Exercises provide very little relief.
  • People who suffer from acid reflux are not in a position to engage into any meaningful exercises. So does not make sense to recommend things which are impractical.

What is the cure

  • Removal of the toxins from body
  • The main routes of excretion from the body are urine and stool.
  • Every body knows that a diabetic person urinates more often. Doctors know that sugar helps in relieving constipation as well.
  • So sugar should be solution at bed time and in the morning.
  • Every body knows that drinking more fluids also help to some extent in more urine output. But that can also cause build up of fluid in the body, which will come in the way the body removes the toxins.
