******To increase Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) do the following******

Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within your home in the morning.

After walking rest for 5–10 minutes in bed.

Repeat the above 3 times in the morning, afternoon, evening and at night before sleeping. So that makes for 12 walk and rest routines or 5×12 = 60 minutes of walk for the entire period. One can do it selectively during week days and on working days only in the morning and at night.

If the migraine is just setting in, walk only for 1 minute or even less and than rest for 5 minutes. Repeat till migraine disappears. It will be complete relief in 30 minutes or less.

The idea about walking is that it mobilises energy and before the entire mobilised energy is spent we rest. In such a case a part of the mobilised energy becomes available for vital organs. This mobilised energy takes care of the migraines.

Doing walking and rest routines takes care of aging related diseases as well.

****In brief hydration dehydration cycles is as given here -****

Day 1 – Drink 150–200 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. No other fluid/ liquid.

Day 2,3 – Drink 150–200 ml water 3 times only during the day. Total fluid intake 450–600 ml in the day.

Repeat for 2–3 weeks.

Fluid overload is one of the basic reasons of low resting metabolic rate.

**In brief hydration dehydration cycles is as given here -**

Day 1 – Drink 150 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. Reduce meal size by 20%. No other fluid/ liquid.

Day 2,3 – Drink 150 ml water 1 hour before each meal. Total fluid intake 450 ml in the day. Reduce meal size by 20%.

Repeat for 2–3 weeks.

**To get best results increase Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) as well by doing the following**

Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within your home in the morning. Reduce the meal size by 20%.

After walking rest for 15 minutes in bed.

Repeat the above 3 times in the morning and 3 times at night before sleeping.The more you rest after walking it will be better. The recommendation of 10 minutes is keeping in view busy schedule of people. 30 minutes is ideal.

#### Intermittent fasting####

Day 1 – Eat 50% of your food intake with 80% reduction in your water and other liquid intake.

Day 2 – Eat normal food and normal water.

I suffered from migraine pains for more than 10 years. With time migraine pain became unbearable. There was no slow down in migraine pain as I aged and crossed 50 years of age. I am 54.5 year old now.

Since 1.4.2016 I was following walking and rest theory (more details on my home page

I got substantial relief from migraine relief say more than 95%. Specially upto 30.9.2016 (when I was losing weight. Between 1.4.2016 to 30.9.2016 I lost more than 5 kg.) the pain used to disappear within 2-3 minutes after starting walking and rest.

During 1.10.2016 to 25.5.2017 the migraine pain came back. But it was not very severe.

I started cutting down on food around 25.5.2017. I reduced my food intake by more than 50%. I was shocked that there was no migraine pain during this period even when I tried triggering pain by indulging into things which would have triggered pain like drinking tea and than stopping tea next day.

I read 3 years back that all diseases and all health conditions are caused due to inflammation. Since than I have been studying inflammation single minded.

According to me inflammation is caused when there is mineral imbalance in the blood. The source of this imbalance could be minerals in cells or gap between cells. Read my Wiki Page to understand the distribution of fluids in body.

I would still like to maintain that migraine is caused due to lack of energy allocated for the brain. And inflammation causes further loss of energy. And this is substantial energy which is lost.

Walking and rest increases Resting Metabolic Rate and total metabolic Rate. So that provides substantial relief from migraine pain.

But as Resting Metabolic Rate increases by relying more on glucose and Fat stored in the body, the amount of food that we were eating earlier becomes excessive causing inflammation.

I repeat inflammation is caused due to excess of minerals in the body in any of the compartments of fluid in the body. Or in short we can say excess food intake also causes inflammation.

Even when minerals are not absorbed by the body in blood and does not reach cells, the excess food intake itself causes inflammation when excess food is to be excreted from the body.

Summing up – Migraine Pain

  1. Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within house after getting up in the morning.
  2. Rest for 15 minutes in bed after walking.
  3. Repeat 2-3 times step 1 and 2.
  4. After every 1 month reduce food intake by 10%
  5. When you reach a situation when you start getting migraine again increase your food intake and maintain at that level. That is the optimum level of food intake for that person.
  6. At step 5 person will have minimum inflammation providing substantial relief in lot of other health conditions as well.

I have cured migraine completely. In fact it is much more than migraine cure.

After spending 1000s of hours on studying migraine, its triggers and after curing migraine completely, I have listed the following cause and cure for migraine.

Point No. 2 and its exaplanation.

Exercise lowers Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). Check reality show findings that exercise caused all the participants to have very low RMR post the reality show.

Mild exercise can help relieve migraine pain. But the real question is very complex.

So what causes migraine pain.

  • If a person runs beyond his comfort level he will have pain. Say a person runs 5 kms when he is not used to run even 1 km. Why?
  • When the person stops running, he may not feel the pain. But as the time passes his limbs will become stiff and produce intense pain.

Possible Answer –

The entire energy meant for the limbs involved in running is used up. During the act of running the body channelized the energy meant for other vital organs and systems to the limbs and tissues involved in the running.

After a person gets in rest mode the vital organs must start normal functioning. So the energy supply to the limbs involved in running is cut off.

This energy supply is cut off by the inflammation process.

Same is true of the Migraine Pain.

When the energy supply to the brain starts falling down the pain triggers get activated.

It causes cell death in the brain. That cell death blocks / impairs some movements of the body by restricting the supply of energy to those organs. That will keep the brain healthy for some more time.

As the time progresses and aging further effects the RMR rate more tissues are denied the minimum energy supply to them.

This is more or less irreversible damage happening in the body.

Improving the RMR can help slow down the degradation of the body and aging process.

To improve the RMR walk for 1 to 5 minutes at easy pace within your house in the morning and then go back to the bed for 5 to 10 minutes. There is need to fine tune, what is the minimum walking time and resting time, which will increase the RMR faster.

My experience tells me as under :

During on the onset of migraine pain (when the pain is very mild), I do not feel like walking even for 1 minute. But I pushed myself for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then took rest for 2 to 5 minutes. Again I managed to get up and walked for 1 minute. Again came back to bed to rest.

Within 10 minutes or less the Migraine pain was gone.

Small doses of sugar (1/2 small spoon) also helps relieving migraine pains much better.

There was a recent study that 1 spoon of sugar is better then any energy drink in the market. Sugar is best anti inflammatory food if the body can Metabolise / digest it. Otherwise sugar can cause intense inflammation within few minutes. Keeping the dose of sugar very small will help avoid inflammatory response of the body.

I am sure the above 2 steps will help get relief from migraine permanently in 7 days.

I suffered from Migraine pains for almost 10 years. Recently it got much more intense and unbearable. Finally I could cure it completely.

My trigger points were –

Drinking tea on Day 1 and then not drinking tea on day 2 or 3. Usually non consumption of tea in 48 hours will trigger these pains. Mostly within 24 hours.

Consuming large amounts of sweets within a short period of time.

Consuming large amount of salty snacks.

Consuming large amount of citrus fruits.

Drinking lot of water within short period of time.

Being in bed for long periods of time.

Walking long distance without rest or water.

Not taking meals in time.

Even when the above trigger points were not there, I would get migraine pains in about 15 days. But these were not very intense and unbearable. And these will not last for more than 1 to 4 hours.

I was leading a sedentary lifestyle.

When I closely analysed these, I realised that all of the situations result in movement of large amount of fluids from arteries to cells or cells to arteries.

From April 2016 I decided to walk for 5 minutes every hour of so at the comfort of my home.

There was immense improvement in body weight, clarity of logical thinking, cholesterol levels etc. Overall health improved.

But I realised that even know the tea would trigger the migraine pain.

Then I decided to start walking the moment the migraine pains started.

And within 15–30 seconds of starting to walk my migraines would disappear. If these migraine pains would start again, I will start walking again. Even a walk for 1 minute used to work.

Since April 1, 2016 I have used various migraine triggers more than 5–6 times but I could control my migraine pains within less than 1 minute.

Besides getting rid of my migraine pains, it gave a new hint for further research in the area.

Walking may be promoting fluid distribution to the further cells. This will ensure increase in Resting Metabolic Rate. Movement of fluids in cells or reverse mode could only be controlled if the fluid could be diverted to some other newer areas.

For next 6 months I would be working on this area. I am looking forward for people who would love to join me with their feedback in this area.

I suffered from acute migraine for more than 10 years.

 

My triggers were –

  • Drinking tea. When I used to give up tea, migraine used to trouble me within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Eating big amount of sugar, sweets, cold drinks, tea, water, salt, salty snacks,
  • walking or playing sports for long durations etc
  • Drinking tea for  more than 10 days at a time.
  • Not drinking tea for more than 10 days.
  • Frequency was about 10 to 15 days without triggers.
  • With triggers within 24 to 48 hours.

 

What lead to Cure

 

On 2 consecutive occassions, I had migraine  pain after eating large amounts of salty snacks (bhujia). On 3rd occassion I has huge amount of water within a short period of time. During this time I was experimenting on weight loss as well. I was very closely following the movement of Fluids from arteries cells and within cells.

 

Suddenly it struck me that the problem could be the sudden huge movement of fluids from arteries to cells and vice versa.
These days I had started interval walking as well. Interval walking that I was practicing was 5 minutes walk at easy pace at house (bare footed) at a very easy pace every 30 to 60 minutes. I found that this interval walking dehydrates a person by almost 3 to 4 litres a day. That was shocking.

 

During this period I used some triggers and the moment the migraine set in I would walk for 5 minutes at easy pace and rest. And the migraines would disappear within 1 minute of starting the walking.
I have tried to trigger migraine in all possible ways and the migraine disappears within 1 minute of walking. But I do interval walking without migraine triggers as well.

 

Now after a month of practicing interval walking, I find that even triggers of migraine are not working and migraines are not starting now.

 

And the best part is that after 45 days of interval walking my weight loss is picking up and getting quite interesting. I have lost 5 kg and it is just starting to pick the speed.

 

Hope to lose about 15 kg in next 3-4 months without any exercise and dieting.

 
 

Migraine Cure and Aging Process

Based on initial experiments with Migraine, I concluded that Migraine is caused due to low or high blood sugar and is a part of the defence system of the body.

Now the next big question is – How to know the high or low blood sugar?

Again my initial tests indicate that Blood sugar tests available in the world are not useful at all. Blood glucose is maintained or adjusted by releasing sugar from cells. Whatever sugar is released from the cells as part of adjustment system is bad for health and part of inflammation process. Any inflammation process is harmful for the body but is essential in particular situations.

Thumb rule is ¼ to 1 spoon of sugar every hour. Start with ¼ spoon of sugar every hour. If you feel tired or any head ache after 7 days, increase the amount of sugar to ½ spoon every hour. Once you have found the right amount of sugar for your body you will be surprised to find that you are losing weight. The skin is shinning. That you are always in happy and positive mood. Depression and insomnia are over. You will never get migraine.

And hopefully you will never die if you follow the basic principles of health.

Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water with ¼ spoon of salt once in 6 months. That will remove all toxins from your body.

Eating sugar will take care of most of the diseases of health and will keep your body in top gear.

Once in 3 months – Do the following water routine for 48 hours.

On day 1  – Drink 200 ml water every hour. Do not drink water with meals. So 12 x 200 = 2400 ml total water intake in the day,

On Day 2 – No water or any other liquid. That will make it 36 hours without any liquid.

The above 3 routines will not allow you to be sick at any time in your life. You will never be required to take any medicines for life. The above will slow down the aging process drastically.

No cause / reason is known of Migraine. I accidentally hit on cure of Migraine. The cause and reason is developed later. So I hope you will not mind that much of tinkering with the cause and reason of migraine. LOL

Our body runs on blood sugar. In normal activity levels our body burns 85% sugar and 15% FAT and no proteins. During very strenous exercises the protein also gets burned along with FAT.

  • Percentages may not be 100% correct and at this point of time, do not want to be stuck on accuracy of these percentages.

Sugar is most important thing for running our body. The large population based studies say that there is link between Diabetes and headaches (Migraines). Low blood sugar is supposed to cause Migraine.

The only difference in my study and the above studies is that I know that excess sugar consumption results into low availability of sugar to the cells. This is absurd statement. But my experiments have proven these to be correct.

The above statement also indicates headaches could be precursor to diabetes.

So that also means that there should be same cure for both Migraine and Blood sugar.

By logical reasoning, I found cure for Blood sugar few months back. All that I am lacking therein is large data base.

And now lets talk of medicines – ibuprofen

This type of medicines cause heat in the body. The heat produced by these medicines release more sugar from the cells of the body in the body and thus relieves the pain.

So another way of treating the migraine is consuming 1/2 spoon of sugar when migraine is expected to hit the person. Or simply eating 1/2 spoon of sugar after every 2 hours or so.

Adjust the amount of sugar and frequency based on your own experience. But believe it – this is the only cure.
