What are the causes of stroke

Recently my friend had a mild stroke. He was suffering from chronic diabetes. But his blood pressure was always normal. After the stroke he was admitted to hospital. His blood pressure during his stay in the hospital was 200/120.

The doctors attending on him did not give any medicines to lower blood pressure. The reason was that high blood pressure will dissolve any blood clots that could be there.

He was kept under observation for 2 days and sent home. He is completely recovered now and is following walk and rest routines to manage his Bp and blood sugar.

So high blood pressure can never be the cause of stroke and blood clotting.

Same thing was true for his blood sugar. It was Hi. That means blood sugar was well above 500. So that means even higher blood sugar is in response to stroke.

That means high blood pressure and high blood sugar and high pulse rate are all counter measure to contain the damage that can be caused by stroke.

But pharma companies propagate that these are the causes of stroke. Why they do this?

The real reason for stroke is medicines for high blood pressure, high blood sugar and heart diseases.

Higher blood pressure is caused as a response to stroke. High blood pressure is caused due to excessive fluid between the space between cells.

High blood pressure saves arteries from clotting. If the cause of clotting is high blood pressure than defence response cannot be high blood pressure.

Thick arteries are due to excessive fluids between the cells. This excessive fluid causes clotting and damage to the arteries. The reason is that this excessive fluid remains outside the cells for much longer period causing higher clotting rates.

The arteries swell up due to excessive fluids causing chocking and not clotting which causes break down of hard portions of excessive fluid.

The blood displaced in each heart beat is reduced causing increase in number of heart beats per minutes. Blood displacement is reduced due to low energy available for the heart and other vital organs.

Stroke causes are wrongly stated.

Any high risk individual can avoid stroke and heart disease by increasing the resting metabolic rate. This can be done in 15 days by walk and rest routines.

Chronic mineral imbalance in blood leads to low metabolic rate resulting in aging and age related diseases like blood sugar, blood pressure and heart disease etc.

To correct mineral imbalance do hydration dehydration cycles and to increase resting metabolic rate do walking and rest routines as detailed on my blog.

******To increase Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) do the following******

Walk for 5 minutes at easy pace within your home in the morning.

After walking rest for 5–10 minutes in bed.

Repeat the above 3 times in the morning, afternoon, evening and at night before sleeping. So that makes for 12 walk and rest routines or 5×12 = 60 minutes of walk for the entire period. One can do it selectively during week days and on working days only in the morning and at night.

The idea about walking is that it mobilises energy and before the entire mobilised energy is spent we rest. In such a case a part of the mobilised energy becomes available for vital organs.

Doing walking and rest routines takes care of aging related diseases as well.

****In brief hydration dehydration cycles is as given here -****

Day 1 – Drink 150–200 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. No other fluid/ liquid.

Day 2,3 – Drink 150–200 ml water 3 times only during the day. Total fluid intake 450–600 ml in the day.

Repeat for 2–3 weeks.

Fluid overload is one of the basic reasons of low resting metabolic rate.

For explanation of the above read my blog.
